customer service took a few days but did respond, said if i donated brace to rescue sent them proof they would refund my money which i think is fair. product was made good, just didnt work for my dog.

I ordered a brace for my dog and the dimensions on the website should have fit. It was a xs size. It was way to large. I requested a return and they were very helpful and the item was delivered to them I have tracking proof. They refuse to give mt refund and will not contact me back or answer any emails or other forms of contact. This is a shady company. Stay away from it!!

Purchased hip brace (5/19/25) for aging dog. It was quickly apparent that it wouldn't help and I have tried to return it, including send photos of the condition (clean) and mailing it back at my expense with the tracking they requested. Despite the claim on the ad that returns would be accepted, the company has put roadblocks in my way at every step. The most recent response -- a claim that they didn't receive it despite the tracking saying they had -- prompted this review.

Ordered a left leg brace. Received it, but was for the right leg. Sent Message to them. They said it was for the left. Obviously they don't know a dog's left from right leg. They offered no help.

I ordered a harness for my poodle back on the 25th of March which I still haven’t received, I have sent multiple messages but no response, I have been completely ignored by them and they still got my money, would not recommend them at all

Received the item but it does not work/fit. No receipts, no invoice, return addresson package does not register with the Better Business Bureau. Do not respond to emails. The only way I could find them was through my credit card company.

This company is the worst. They took weeks to ship, when I got the item it was not needed anymore. Tried to contact them, due to no information arriving with the item, to return it. After a few emails back and forth they stopped answering me, told me their product was good for regard and haven’t heard a thing back. Terrible. Believe all of the bad reviews. They should not be allowed to sell to anyone, let alone someone is the US

I ordered a dog wheelchair. They never shipped it. I emailed them to cancel the order and get a refund. They said they would but haven't done either. No refund and the order still says waiting to ship.

I placed an order on Monday and was given an order number but to date I was not given a tracking number nor a date when my order was going to be delivered. It was for a dog harness. I sent an email to the company. The person answered the product will be shipped "tomorrow" That never occurred. After seeing the negative reviews I wish I never ordered from this company. I'll just have to take this as a loss. I ended up ordering another harness from Amazon which I'll get the next day. Don't order from this company.

I placed an online order for a dog lift hardness 4 days ago, I was given an order number and the site indicates that I’ll be able to track the order. I’m not able to track the order, I sent their customer service an email and I’ve not received a response, I just called their listed customer service phone number and it just rings and no one answers. At this point, I don’t want to do business with this company.

Misleading information on website; appalling customer service; would never buy from them again.

Sent wrong brace, Followed there return policy. Took pictures of donation at a shelter. Emailed 3/times. No answers . They are in China and the wrong one took over a month. Do Not waste your money. THIEVES

So I ordered a leg brace for my Blue Heeler Jack Russell mix because he ruptured his CCL when I received the brace although I gave the measurements it was way too big so I got back a hold of them and they apologized and she said could she make a custom fit one for no charge and so I thought that was very nice so I resent the measurements and she sent me a custom fit one for my dog although most of it fit the leg brace pieces were still too long I realize it was kind of difficult because his body is disproportionately strange I let them know that most of it fit except for the leg brace pieces they kept in contact with me the whole time and worked with me very well although we didn't get a correct fit in the end she tried very hard to correct the problem and gave me a refund although they have a lot of negative reviews the positive is that they will work with you very hard to correct any problems and I believe everybody deserves a second chance I would recommend this company for your pet needs

Hi, I ordered a bilateral hip dysplasia brace for my best buddy Magnus the boxer. The device almost fit correctly but not quite. The great thing is that Love plus pet suggested a custom fit harness. Upon sending them Magnus' exact measurements, Lovepluspet created a special fit harness at no additional cost!
They issued a prompt refund once I submitted proof of donating the original hip brace to the physical rehab place Magnus had been going to. Customer service was Top Notch. They always responded in a timely manner in did what it took to earn my business and make my boys life a little more comfortable. I would highly recommend Lovepluspet. Steve.

I ordered a leg brace for my friend's German Shepard. I ordered a large, but received a medium. Not only did they send the incorrect item, it came with NO instructions on how to put the several pieces on. I immediately emailed them asking for a refund. They told me I had to take it to a shelter and donate it, also sending photos as proof, and then they would refund me. I emailed again stating that I would not donate an unusable item with zero instructions, I asked for a return postage label so I could return the incorrect item and get a refund. They refused. Still haven't received a refund and they have basically ignored ALL my emails to them. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

I ordered a hip brace for my GSD. I measured her carefully and then submitted the order. It took forever because it was coming from CHINA, When it FINALLY arrived, the instructions for using it were confusing at best (just a bunch of pictures that were hard to discern). When I finally got it on my dog, she simply refused to wear it. She refused to walk while she had it on. So, I emailed the company and told them I would like to return it. They said, "Sorry, we have a 30 day return policy" (which I missed by about 15 days). DO NOT order from this company. You'll regret it.

I can't say enough great things about Lovepluspet!
I ordered a brace for my dog Maddie who had a ACL tear. Long story short, she was under weather for couple months and we couldn't get a exact diagnosis even with many visits to couple vets, poor girl had surgery to remove object from stomach,also spent days in the animal hospital over night. Reason behind the story is she couldn't have surgery so we researched what can we used for her she as a temporary solution until she was able to have surgery.
I ordered this online and read all the reviews which was excellent seemed worth the money, felt confident this was the product I would purchase for our little 4 yr old fur baby.
Unfortunately, Upon arriving, Maddie took a turn for the worse and she crossed the rainbow bridge.
My wife said I should try and call Company and explain the situation to Loveplus Pet.
So I called Lovepluspet and what to my surprise of anticipation very emotional
conversation was very sympathetic and one of the best costumer service response I ever had!

I'm so sorry for your loss and we will refund the full amount back, if you donate it to a shelter. I honestly was in shock with times now you don't ever hear this type of positive situation and outcome. In the future if I choice to get another dog and it is in need of anything Lovepluspet sells, they will be the first Vendor I go to.
Way to go Lovepluspet making a sad, emotional time for me a little less painful.

This company is a scam.
The had me donate the brace I ordered to a shelter to get a refund.
I had to send pictures of the donation.
I have not gotten my refund and now I have no brace.

I purchased a harness and a back brace for my mother's dog with IVDD. It made life much more easier for both of them. He has now recovered and lives a normal life.

I ordered a brace for my dog and received it. Unfortunately, i mistakenly ordered two braces. I called the company and they said they would cancel one order. Shortly after, I received an e-mail saying that the second order could not be cancelled because it had already been sent, even though I called the same day I made the order. I received two braces. When I called regarding the return, they did not answer their phone; two rings and a hang-up. I attempted to e-mail them, but got no response,
Very poor service.
