I ordered from this company on the 1st February. Still haven't received my goods. Have emailed twice and haven't had a reply. When logging into my account it just says its waiting to be dispatched. Just be careful if ordering off lovessales

Isn’t it strange how they have only responded to the positive reviews? Have they written their own reviews? I smell something fishy here!

I have paid this web site £24.00 for a dress and then another £8.00 for postage on the 4/2/24 and my order today still says awaiting shipment. The tracking button on the website doesn't work and neither does the contact email button work. So at this point I believe that they have taken my money fraudulently and I would urge people to exercise extreme caution if doing business with them.

Nothing fit--no package info for returning. Poorly made, Cheap. Don't buy!

Trying to find the status of an order, they won't even respond to email.

I do not recommend purchasing from this site! I bought this dress (~$35 USD) and it looks nothing like the photo - and when I tried to return it, the company told me to send the dress to China which would cost $187 USD at the UPS store. What?! This feels like a scam to me! When I tried to put this info into a review it said briefly on the screen “Only customers who confirm received this item are allowed to leave a review.” What does that even mean?! This made it feel more sketch.

I guess I could just copy/paste what the other customers wrote. Product not as advertised. Print is not represented as shown. Smaller print, low res, belly print, and mostly white ink. Crappy.

garments aren't as shown, very clever photography and therefore very deceiving. Pattern is badly printed onto material, and material poor quality.

But now I can't find out how I return my items, very convenient for the company.

My advice don't go there, just stay well away.

Item took three weeks to arrive. Not the same item pictured, very cheap fabric and quality. Extremely disappointed. Attempted to contact via website, email does not work.Buyer beware. This is a scam site.

Ordered a medium sweater for my daughter that I thought was adorable. When she opened it at Christmas, we were both disappointed. It looked nothing like the picture online. It was supposed to be a rustic orange (not bright orange) and a sweater (not a T-shirt material). Not only did I lose the money I paid for it (which was high, mind you), I ended up just giving her the money for it to buy something worthwhile. What a waste. I, too, would give negative starts if I could. Don't bother with this company. It's like they photo shop the clothing, but it's something you could buy at a thrift store. I will never order from them again.

After reading these reviews I hope I’m not going to have my account wiped out. I tried to order a pullover (and based on what I’m reading here it would be a crappy product) and on the payment page I entered my cc info but it said it didn’t go through (I have plenty of money in there) so I tried another card. After I put in that info, the page just sat there. No confirmation. No button to push for completing order etc. So now I have information on two of my accounts sitting in the ether ready to be compromised. I honestly hope that is not the case. Either way, I’m glad I wasn’t able to get the product as it sounds like it wouldn’t be a good Xmas gift to my good friend. Here’s to crossing fingers that everything will be fine. Thank you to everyone who wrote an honest review. I dodged a bullet. Or I hope I did.

I took a chance and lost on this one. If I could give this product negative stars, that would be appropriate. I ordered a holiday sweater which took much longer to arrive than anticipated, and too late for me to wear it to the two parties for which I ordered it. Upon its late arrival, there is no way I would have worn the sweater anyway. The quality of the sweater is the worst I have ever seen. I could’ve gotten something better at a secondhand store. The lettering was flat, nothing like what was pictured on the website. The material used to make the sweater seems like it was cat or rat hair. Some areas at the fabric are even pulled or worn out. I had to pay $10 in shipping to receive the sweater, so I’m already looking at a $50 loss. Because you have to pay for shipping to return it to China there is no way I’m going to invest more money. Will have to go in the trash where it should have been to begin with. Biggest waste of $50 and hugest disappointment ever for the order of an online product.

Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY from this website. They are a SCAM. They are not in the US as they advertise. The merchandise you get is NOT what’s in their pictures. It’s a scam. And be careful b/c they sell under other website names too. When you receive their garbage, if you want to return it, you have to pay to return the garbage to China!!! YOU WILL RETURN everything. What you get IS NOT what’s on the pictures. DI NOT BUY from this site. SCAM

I want return item for different size, no way to contact. All windows on website say they are no longer available?? Horrrible, scam. Do not order from them

Horrible quality looks nothing like picture on website almost impossible to be able to do a return (address they give you is not acceptable to USPS, UPS or Fedex)

Awful color, cheap material. It will cost $19 to send back to china. Should have researched this company before wasting my money

I am trying to contact the company for a refund to no avail. The shirts look nothing like the advertisement and are extremely over-sized. In addition, they arrived much

I would like a refund but can get no response.

1.) Ordered a woman's black form fitting long parka. I Received a man's dark green loose fitting windbreaker.
2.) Ordered a womans rainbow striped hooded lined cardigan sweater. I received a long sleeve Tye Dyed tshirt. The material is stretchy, wrinkled and thinner than a tshirt.
Customer service has not replied to my emails which is the only way to contact them since they're in China.
