Very bad costumer service, never answer on the chat. Would love getting a solution for my order 000276114

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Really astonishing. I never do reviews but this is a once-in a lifetime experience. The service is so bad it just feels like a made up company. It feels like a complete scam. Wow ! I mean even scammers are better in keeping up with contact and solutions. So bad, it's just not worth it. You could easily find same lingerie esthetics with other brands like Ysé, Coucou Intimates etc. You are welcome. They will treat you like "clients". Never got the 20% discount they promised me (new client) because they just gave me a random code lol. My order number weirdly doesn't work for the return ?!? Don't know how that is even possible haha. They've sent me an e-mail 12 days later to confirm that my package was delivered. I'd asked them (Feb the 2nd) for a confirmation mail because I'd never got a confirmation mail where I could follow the delivery process. Once again wow, weird to have a business and not handle the basics...You should really restructure your business...

Love the brand, and most of the time get what I want in one of the shops, but I use to have good experiences with buying online.
Untill now.
Bought 6 items, got confirmation for 6 items and paid for 6 items.
delvery after checking up on them because did not get any details whatsover.
Order came, 2 items missing that arent even on the packing slip.

otherwise said, they forgot two items.

tried calling but nop, voicemail, tried mailing, nop, automatic answer, whatsapp? semi bot like and again automatic answer.
so I paid for items but they forgot to pack them, I have proof of everything and still got the silly answer : check with the neighbours...
they simply don't get it.
THEY FORGOT TO PACK 2 OF THE 6 ITEMS
Really really hope the next customer service agent signing in today will be more efficient.

I tried to return an article and despite I paid the huge amount of money to send it back from Switzerland to the Netherlands, they sent it back to me. It was not clear on the website that I as a customer not only have to pay the return costs but also the duties. After 6 months of discussion I gave up. Will never order again from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM OUTSIDE THE EU! I have never experienced such a complicated returns process. The first time I sent the items back they were held at customs for weeks and then eventually returned to me, because they didn't tell me what I needed. I buy clothes from EU-based companies all the time, and they all provide the necessary customs documentation to make the process as straightforward as possible, but Love Stories doesn't seem to realise that they are the only company which doesn't do this. They said they were happy to support me in the process but then said there was nothing they could do...very very bad customer service with incorrect and contradictory information. Never again!

Such beautiful pajamas set that my husband got me for Christmas. Unfortunately the sewing quality is awful. Incredibly badly sewn, looks like someone forgot to finish it. Raw edges of fabric which are already starting the frey. Even in the sale these are expensive so I really hoped they would be worth the money. I have a similar style of pyjamas from Ann Summers which is half the price and much better quality.

Have a couple of sets and I’m so happy with these colorful items! I have one swimsuit and that fits more than comfortable! The fits are amazing that’s why I only want to buy LS!

The bralettes look so good and are super comfortable. 🥰 Some are quite delicate but if you follow the wash instructions well they last a long time. 10/10!

The quality is very poor.. i try to warn you. It costs way to much, for the poor quality you get. Do not believe all the fake reviews on here, all of them are from fake accounts. Trying to gain a better rating.

I am very happy with my Love Stories items! After wearing and washing a pair of briefs with sequins several times, I am amazed by how well it maintained. The sequins have stayed firmly in place :-) The bralettes gives a good boob shape 👙 and always happy with the service!

This lingerie company has beautiful lingerie sets. When I saw them, I bought 6 sets in total I think in two years. It was really expensive but I had faith in Love Stories that the sets were good quality and durable. In fact, reflecting when I use them... 4 of the 6 sets are damaged because of the bad quality in ONE YEAR!!! And yes I used a net in the washing machine and also followed the wash instructions... Especially the underwear is very fragile. Don't buy people...

The best underwear in the world; I purchased a single bra by LoveStories 4 years ago (still going strong), and rediscovered the brand again this winter, when I went a bit crazy and purchased 20+ items on their winter sale (I am in love with each single one of them). Their items truly are a ‘holiday for the boobs’, and are clearly made by women for women - so rare to find this. The designs are so fun, and truly a celebration of femininity. Customer service has been superb for me - I use their WhatsApp service, which replies the same day and is super effective and helpful. I had to return a large-ish order to their shop in the Netherlands, and this went super smoothly / I got my refund without any trouble. Also love their physical shop in Shoreditch, which I have raided several times this winter. 😊 They make every morning feel special for me (I love picking my underwear in the morning now), and I intend on staying a customer for life! Thanks for existing, LS! 😊❤️
