I have not received my dress or an update on where it is! There has been very little communication at all.

No sign of parcel ten days after ordering :-(
Item was ordered on 25 November and it’s now 5 December and it still hasn’t arrived, despite paying for first class postage. No update and no sign of parcel. Wish I hadn’t bothered, needed it for a Christmas event but I doubt I’ll get it in time now.
