Love teeth chessington is a clean, immaculate practice that clearly puts the needs of their patients first. I’ve been treated with kindness and care on each of my visits, very grateful to the team!

Rip off

I paid £85 for a dental hygienist appointment that clearly included both cleaning and polishing. The hygienist finished surprisingly quickly and skipped the polishing entirely. When I asked about it, she responded with “oh, but healing will take long”—but that should have been my decision to make, after being informed of the pros and cons.

I had to insist on receiving the polishing I had paid for. Even then, she only polished the top two front teeth and told me the appointment was complete. As someone in the medical profession myself, I found the lack of communication, consent, and thoroughness deeply disappointing.

I won’t be returning and absolutely would not recommend this clinic based on my experience

I first visited Love Teeth Dental in January after being recommended by a friend. My bridge had fallen out and I needed it replacing. I had a consultation with Ilana whom was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable.
After months of preparation an appointments for temporary bridges I had my permanent six tooth bridge yesterday, I am over the moon with them and I have the best smile I have ever had.
All the staff are amazing, the reception staff make you feel so welcome too. So all in all it’s a 10-10 for me x

Received dental work on my top set teeth. Maddy & Kayla really kind and helpful, this includes the rest of the front desk team. Sam done brilliant job on my teeth. Overall brilliant team at Sutton and great firm.

Robiha Nazir and her assistant at the Sutton clinic were extremely friendly and looked after me really well. It was the best hygienist visit I have ever had and Robira left my teeth sparklingly white! For someone who has had a bad experience at the dentist, this is the best practice to go to. I am looking forward to my next visit!

I am a very nervous patient. I visited the Love Teeth New Malden branch and arranged a consultation with the dentist. I asked about sedation. The dentist asked if I would agree to having work done within a short appointment slot to see how I got on. I agreed and not only did I have treatment carried out with no sedation, injection etc. my tooth that he had worked on looks amazing. The dentist is brilliant, kind, caring and very patient. He has restored my confidence in visiting the dentist and is also doing a great job in getting my teeth not only healthy, but looking good enough to allow me to smile again.

I also had an hygiene clean in the Love Teeth Stonecot branch on 16.05.25 and the hygienist, a lovely young lady, called Flavia, who did this was so gentle and understanding that it is the best hygiene clean I have ever had. I did not feel nervous or uncomfortable. I will always go to her in the future for hygiene cleans. amazing. I would recommend 'Love Teeth' to anyone; especially nervous patients.

Simply Brilliant! Natasha Buttivant at the Stonecot branch is an exceptional human being and I will forever be in her debt for the kindness she showed me. I was in need of replacement teeth following a difficult personal life, whereby I had no confidence and felt very much alone. I took the leap to look after me, and came across Love Teeth, firstly at the New Malden branch, then Natasha and Dr Clozza at Stonecot were simply brilliant and supportive. I would recommend Love Teeth very highly, and especially if like me you have had trauma in your life. It takes an exceptional human to make you feel safe and Natasha Buttivant I will be indebted to for the rest of my journey. Please don't just take my word for this, I would 100% recommend Love Teeth to everyone.

I go for regular hygienist cleans every 3 months for maintaining the health & hygiene of my porcelain Veneers & crowns.

When it came to myself being sick & needing to reschedule an appointment, they required me to pay a deposit & was told by receptionist if I missed the rescheduled appointment, my deposit will be taken due to the hygienist losing a patient appointment slot.

The practice cancelled a scheduled appointment a week or 2 before this , giving me a notice of only 2 hours before appointment was booked for, it works both ways , I lost my own time & money when the Hygienist was unwell but when I was unwell & needed to re book i am requested to pay a deposit. 😗🤔

Was told by receptionist i had missed 5 appointments when it was actually 2 not 5 & I was told I hadn’t turned up for pre booked in appointments. These appointments I never made or booked myself in for.

Didn’t give me a good impression when being told I’ve missed appointments & consultations which I never wanted nor booked myself in for. Some kind of technical or miscommunication occurred here 🤔

Receptionist wasn’t helpful over the phone when talking to me I was muddled and confused by these unknown booked in appointments & she was being unprofessional and getting frustrated with me.

Dr Patel kindly informed me he would look into the whole situation & where the mistake occurred. Hopefully this will won’t happen in future & as I have no problem with the dental care given & after result.

My experience at Love Teeth was superb! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the dentist was very thorough and gentle. She made me feel very relaxed. Definitely recommend Love Teeth to all my friends and family!

I had an emergency appointment at Love Teeth in New Malden, and the experience was excellent. The dentist was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

Went to the branch in Stonecot due to gum bleeding and filling. Dentist was so negative and quoted me over 2K for filling, RC and crown. Plus the next hygienist appointment was over 3 weeks. So I thought I try my luck at a NHS clinic. OMG they were brilliant and confirmed I need a filling and maybe RC depending on any pain. No crown required. Love Teeth is a rip off. They will quote a treatment plan when not required.
11th Feb update - Actually I had justification to be rude or aggressive. The dentist ask if I would like proceed with plan and pay installments and my only response was I can not afford the cost. On payment for the check up the receptionist asked if I understood this was a private clinic. My response was simply that I did. End off story.

Have used a few off their branches. Brilliant and so well maintained and managed. Best service around

I had a set of dentures made that have never fitted since the day they were made. I have had several re fits but the have always fallen out and cut my mouth. This was around 3 years ago. From the moment they were ready they did not fit. After going back and forward they said your teeth move this is why they don't fit. They have never fitted. The whole episode cost around £2,500 and they just sit in my drawer and do not have the money to have them made again. If you need dentures made do not go to love teeth.

Having recently moved to the area and my daughter needing some help with being in pain with a sharp point on her tooth, we walked into the beautifully aesthetic, clean and welcoming New Malden love teeth. The receptionist was wonderful and Mo who had a cancellation made my daughter feel straight away comfortable, seen, heard and validated. His professional and warm approach was refreshing and my daughter was extremely grateful and happy. She never wants to go to another dentist again looks like I’ll be fully registering in the new year for us both! Thank you team love teeth in New Malden we will be back soon. Keep doing a great job !

Had the ABC package done a few years ago and still come back for regular check ups and hygiene visits. The team are always warm and welcoming. The best dentist!

The whole team is welcoming and professional. Decor is brilliant! Highly recommended.
