I ordered two polo shirts, for my husband, from LovetheSales.com, but the next day I realised they were going to be delivered three days after we had left for a holiday and in all probability the parcel would possibly be seen from the road for five days until we had returned. I emailed customer services, explained the problem I was facing, and within an hour I received a lovely, helpful and encouraging reply from Christian. He was so kind and understanding in his tone and said he would do his best to help me.
Within hours he again wrote an amazingly thoughtful email back to me, saying that he had managed to obtain a delivery upgrade, free of charge, from the seller. Now instead of arriving three days after we went on holiday, it was delivered the day before. I could not get over how lovely and helpful Christian was. He went out of his way to absolutely make my day. I have bought clothes from this company before and the products are all genuine and of high quality, and having people like Christian as a first point of call will make sure that I will continue buying from them. Christian is a real credit to his company.

Terrible Customer Service
Parcel was delivered by Evri somewhere and company has decided that it has been delivered and there will be no refund.
After weeks of waiting, they have concluded that no refund would be provided even though Evri has confirmed that it was not delivered correctly. Terrible service, I will not be using them again and advise others not too.
There final outcome….no refund!
