Lovimal’s customer service was great
Lovimal’s customer service was great! I wanted to check up on the order since I hadn’t seen any updates in my Shop app that tracks shipping and whatnot, so I emailed their customer service email asking about an update and I got a quick response helping me track my order! The order also arrived really quickly and I am really happy with the service.

Loved the air freshener with our pups face! The image came out fantastic but the shipping just took too long and 3 air fresheners for 26 bucks is not a bargain. We were warned that it may be longer due to Covid but honestly we order A LOT of online items and at this point all other deliveries have come either on time or earlier than expected. We will try ordering from this company again and if shipping is better next time, then we will most likely keep ordering again because we do love how the air fresheners came out.

Replaced lost package
While the Post Office marked the package as 'delivered' - it was not delivered. When I reached out to customer support, they were able to ship me a replacement after just 2 emails and less than an hour! While I haven't yet seen the product, their customer support alone has blown me away.

Update -Placed my order on 4/29 got an email…
Update- Although it took longer to get my order than anticipated, I did get it after making a complaint and it was done well.
Original- Placed my order on 4/29 got an email saying it shipped on 4/30. The tracking number provided isn’t valid and the shipment still hasn’t arrived 5/24. I can’t get an update on the status of my order. In case lovimals sees these- looking for order LOV660412
