Couple of poor cans
I have purchased a few times and been very happy but on this occasion I purchased a few cans and two of them were awful nearly 12 months old and we all know that hoppy beers don't keep they were undrinkable.

Excellent choice and value. Quick and efficient delivery following ordering. Only slight disappointment was a beer I particularly would have liked to try was out of stock when I opened my delivery. Unsure whether on ordering the out of stock could come up quicker to a void disappointment. Money though quickly refunded.

Excellent service & customer communication
Excellent service, always delivered in good time and when there’s an issue, they have always resolved it in the customer’s favour. Really appreciated the patience of the wonderful lady I spoke to who told me that they were out of stock of a couple of items. I faffed for an eternity picking substitute items, and she was amazingly patient and polite.

Great draught beer at a great price
I ordered some of the draught stuff for download festival and it was great, like having a tap at my tent. Great prices for good beer. Also lasted just fine sat In a warm tent so the best before thing really wasn't an issue.

Quality not what you expect.
Ordered draught beer, Prosecco, red and white wine. All were off and clearly a draught mail order doesn’t work. Imagine pouring a pint of beer and drinking it 3 days later. This is effectively low cost beer model. It’s a nice idea but doesn’t work. I’ve tried several products and all were no where near the quality you would expect. Shame.

On the rare occasion, we do experience a beer that is a bit temperamental and these are quickly withdrawn from sale. Our draught beers are now so popular that over 80% of them are sold with long BBE dates and are always poured for next day delivery to ensure they are as fresh as possible. I’m not sure about your draught wines, we do recommend them to be placed in the fridge on arrival and consumed within 7 days?
As with all companies in the world, if you have a faulty product then it’s always better to contact our awesome customer service team who can organise replacements or credits.
