Low Cost Coach Hire were excellent. We were able to contact them without issue. The price was very reasonable and the coach was very clean and perfect for our needs. The driver Robbie arrived on time and was very polite and curteous. He picked us up in Windlesham and drove us to Lymington for the day. He drove us back without any issues. We would have no problems in using Low cost coach hire in the future or in recommending them.

Bus late, Arrogant driver

Really disappointed with the service of these guys , we had pre-paid for a Mini Bus to a event , we were told on the Friday that we would be sent detail of the driver , we were never sent these ! . The event was cancelled by the operator due to adverse weather conditions (Goodwood car event) . I called the office about how to obtain a part refund , I have called multiple times , and emailed multiple times and not had a reply . The transport manager is looking at it , thats all I have been getting told.... My suggestion to these guys is don't use these guys or pay un front.
