We can only give 1 star for we have send in several emails and
we had a bad experience in Malta
The taxi was nor arrived at the right time and we ordered another cab we paid for ourselves.
We cant get the Money back for a service we did not recieved (the first cab).

Well what can i say, book a holiday with low cost holidays had an email sent back to check conformation & its wasnt what we asked for,
After a few phone calls trying to sort this out but getting flogged off to this person & that person, we finally spoke to a very kind & patient understanding lady called angela chadd who was absolutely fantastic at her job & sorted everything out there & then nothing was to much trouble for this lady we cant thank her enough, just wish more of them was like this lady.

WEll I was shocked when I could not get a refund nor move the dates to an alternative when I had my trip to Africa cancelled and It was only within about 48 hours from the booking that I called to cancel of change.. I have never heard of a travel agent doing such a thing to a client and for sure will never use your services agin..Well I think "services" is probably not correct as there was no service. Loosing some 4,500dkr is not something that I take lighly. GB

Booked my holidays today , everything was manageable on the website and easy to use. Bag a nice bargain holiday . However it's been 45 mins and still no confirmation email from low cost although i received only a flight confirmation from Thomson ! Weird! Normally you get email confirmation of your holidays first , called the customer service but it's closed. Websites says it can take up to 3 days for it to,arrive but still I think it should arrive immediately ! In need of some update here. Thank you.

I was 2 days i sharm and had a good experiance everyting was booked accordingly and no surprise charges.

After days of research I concluded that lowcostholidays were the best place for me to find cheapest possible nice holidays. I booked a holiday, but was unsure about if my luggage had been booked on the plane rides. Lowcostholidays wrote me back by email in a matter of few hours, with good documenation of the booking of luggage. I also requested if it was possible to change hotels, and got a fast response again with suggestions for other possible hotels that satisfied my needs. Their responses written to me was made in a very nice, and friendly way. Am very satisfied with the customer service so far.

First time using lowcostholidays. Everything did work out fine, we can recoment using the webside!

Frankly I wasn't too happy or satisfied after my expirience with the companys bookingsystem/-rules, which is miles away from my experiences with other travelling agencys!!! Feld like being thrown, head first, in to a holiday nightmare, which I, at first, were certain would be this summers headliner, when telling freinds about our encounter with this "nightmare holiday booking agency" and/or their horrible booking system and cheap "Nightmare vaccations/holidays"!!! But my/our sad & bad bookingexperience were, honestly, eventhough I'm embarressed to admid it, MY own fault, because I was too fast a mover, when wanting to book this summers holiday, here and NOW!!! I should have known or informed myselve before using a Internet based bookingagency instead of our "normal" proceture, which was to book through a Danish holidaybureau, which have other less stricht rules when rebooking/upgrating a booking!!! My mistake!!! When this is said... Our experience from arriving at Aalborg airport and untill coming back on Danish ground again was a GREAT success!!! We had a marvelous vaccation, and my first impression, which wasn't THAT good, (remember???), was transformed into another great summers holiday!!! AND last but of GREAT importens... It was so cheap that we have saved enough for another weeks summerholiday THIS year!!! Eventhough I DIDN'T expect to return to book another holiday at Lowcostholiday... I am allready looking for The second summerholiday these days!!! :-) My first impression was indead changed from VERY DEEP DARK thoughts to bright Sunny coluors!!! I've recently booked through lowcostholiday, and used it one time before.
It's easy on the website - although sometimes confusing when the flight section comes up with different days than you put it.
The hotels er manageable, I miss pictures and reviews, but nothing I can't find myself.
I contacted the customer service once, it took a while and the response I got was satisfying in my own language, which would have been fine if the grammar was right, it seemed like someone used Google translate on the text.
My recent trip was easy, got vouchers send to my email, the hotel was well informed, just walked in check in took 2 min because all was prepaid.
I use lowcostholiday to city trips, it's definitely the cheapest place where you can find flight and hotels. I recommend it friends and family, family just book their summerholiday on lowcostholiday, smooth and easy (and cheapest) !
