I have just ordered a new lease van…

I have just ordered a new lease van through the LCV group. My initial contact was with Michael who was extremely helpful. I knew which van I wanted already and I was pleasantly surprised with the quote which Michael provided me with!
I have since been dealing with Mia who has also been wonderful, very helpful and great to deal with on the phone.
I'm looking forward to recieving the van in a couple of days and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

VW Transporter Kombi van

All staff involved were friendly and helpful making the process efficient and professional. My thanks to Awesome Ana,Sophie and Mia.
Sophie/Mia managed to get me a cheaper quote for the VW kombi purchased which usually is not happening
Highly recommended, will use again. 5 Star service.

As a group

As a group, we would normally purchase our vehicles. but on this occasion, we decided that a lease would be a better option for us.
The benefits being, having brand new vehicles to go with the company image. And the reduced maintenance costs.
I chose the LCV Group due to their large ability and their cost per unit.
Everyone was super helpful and more than willing to help and answered all of our questions.
We would defiantly recommend.

Received my VW Transporter on 26th…

Received my VW Transporter on 26th April. Mainly dealt with Owen, molly and Mia.
Owen’s help in the situation was average at best. I found myself chasing him, and when I did eventually speak to him he’d say he’s ‘been busy’……. Aren’t we all!!!
When Owen required something from me he was in touch all the time and it had to be done immediately, yet when I requested some information important to me, I had a reply a fortnight later after sending the same email to him 4 times.

I also got a little fed up being chased for documents I’d already signed and being told I’d filled them in wrong when I hadn’t.

I think there’s a lack of communication between different departments as I was constantly ask for the same information by different people.
