We collected a brand new caravan from Lowdham Leisureworld and while Sandra, our sales representative was excellent, we had some issues when collecting the van. Firstly the oven failed during the Pre Delivery Inspection, which meant that the entire oven needed replacing. Then, during handover, the fridge failed, needing a new PCB installed while we waited. We also needed to have one of the seat cushions changed because of dirty hand marks and we noticed once home that the carpet also has dirty marks on it (not sure why they were down with engineers needing to go in?) Even though Lowdham Leisureworld did resolve the issues, it clearly wasn’t the best experience for collecting our brand new caravan and slightly took the shine off the day.

We were kept updated throughout our wait for our vehicle as to why it was delayed.
The staff at Lowdhams are so helpful and friendly too.
Adam Defern our sales man was great, our handover went really well, Adam and all the handover team put all our snag list right within a couple of hours.
We stayed over in the rally field and that was really handy so we were on site first thing to get our van sorted.
We were also surprised with a gift voucher for our returned custom, that was a lovely touch.
We had a great meal in the Cafe and again the staff there are super friendly.
All in all a brilliant experience.

Only going with Positives with my visit to Lowdhams yesterday for collection of Motorhome after Habitation Service. Little point to mention the negatives.
A Big thank you for Brian having the patience and understanding, and getting the ladder! going through the habitation service. Charlie for being Charlie and for seeing common sense but most of all to Aaron who was able to confirm and find pictures of work required which many others failed to do, Aaron kept me up dated accordingly by phone and emails, and that is all any customer asks for. 10 out of 10 Aaron.

We made a warranty claim for a 'faulty' microwave in our caravan and Lowdhams took care of the process without any problem. Aaron in the service department was particularly helpful throughout to ensure we were kept informed and things went smoothly. Many thanks Aaron

Excellent, friendly service and advice throughout from Stuart when buying my first campervan. Prices, range etc great so no reason to go elsewhere. The main reason I would recommend though has been that at no point has anything ever felt too much and there has been no hard sell at any point. Thank you so much

From seeing the van in the showroom and talking to Jamie through to collecting the van our experience has been great! Jamie is happy to answer any of our questions when we have them. Been slightly disappointed by the Valet as stickers were left on all the wheels!! Awaiting the removal of these.

Following a terrible experience with another caravan company near Bawtry, Lowdhams were recommended to us, from the 1st visit to the collection of our new caravan, we found the process very enjoyable, with a very friendly professional service, where we would be happy to recommend to our friends and family.

The Lowdhams team made the experience of buying a new caravan smooth and friendly from start to finish. A couple of minor issues uncovered on the "shakedown night" on the private rally field were explained and sorted with a smile.

Rather a strange one . This is to praise the service of Caroline from Lowdhams even though we didn’t actually go through with the purchase of a motor home from her . Vehicle was picked out , excellent service , advice and knowledge given by Caroline to help us decide . She wanted us to be entirely happy with our purchase . Great part exchange deal given aswell . Deposit paid and collection date arranged , to suit us . Unfortunately owing to some personal problems we were unable to proceed with buying the motor home . 2 weeks after agreement made I made contact with Caroline to cancel the order . Unbelievably understanding and was so helpful and immediately refunded my deposit . There was nothing wrong with our deal just the personal problems that arose afterwards. We will be going back to Lowdhams , when my problems are sorted and buying our next Motor home from them . Fantastic service , it was like Caroline had an investment in making sure 1) the van was the right one for us 2) we were totally happy with our purchase and then 3) our personal circumstances were right at the time to go ahead . Fantastic company to deal with . We will be back

Warranty claim for additional brackets fitted the the fresh and waste water tanks.

Dispute the obstacles we encountered, ie wrong parts ordered or delivered, a suggestion that we may need to return home (Northeast of Scotland) and come back down at a later date and faulty vehicle lifts in the workshop, the work was finally completed due to Kiran in the Customer Service Centre.
Kiran went above and beyond to ensure the necessary work was completed. Kiran advocated for us and communicated well over the 3 days. We cannot speak highly enough of Kiran; we imagine he had to navigate internal politics to get the work completed. We would also like to mention Kiran's colleagues who supported the communication flow and helped us to find our vehicle in the yard.
During our three days at Lowdham's we made several unrelated enquiries which involved other members of staff who were equally as positive and professional. Caroline in sales, Chloe in Parts and the gent (sorry we never got your name) who was responsible for marshalling in the vehicle parking area.
Last but not least Perry who helped use when we purchased the motorhome two years prior and recognised us on our return.

Adam was excellent as ever but Hymer were slow in delivering the part so we could take delivery
