I ordered 3 belts yesterday and they arrived today. One of the belts had some damage so I sent an email with photos, this was responded to in a couple of hours and they’re sending me a replacement. Honestly, some of the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Would not hesitate to recommend lowlife to anyone. I have been wearing lowlife belts for over 10 years as the quality is always so amazing but it’s the first time I have purchased direct (opposed to high street retailers), will be going direct all the time in future.

Great company
Great company, amazing customer service. Haven't gotten my belt though after waiting for a month. But they sent me another one with tracking. Great belts, first time trying the vegan one. Only problem is all my previous belts have broken down after 1 year.
8-10 months later. Yup same problem, the pin falls behind the buckle making it useless. Shouldn't be too hard to fix for the company.
