Health and Safety Concern!

Virtually never leave negative reviews, always try and work with companies if there are issues, but what can you do when attempts to do that are completely ignored. If could have left zero stars, that’s what I would have done. Bought mugs, arrived, looked very nice. On very first use the bottom literally fell out, spilling hot liquid everywhere. Was pure luck nobody was burnt. Immediately reported it, heard nothing. Have chased up. Nothing. I cannot recommend this company at all. If you have the smoked glass mugs, please, please be careful.

SCAM!

I ordered something from this site and it was never dispatched. Coming up on a week after I had placed the order I emailed them asking why it hadn't been dispatched yet. No reply. I tried their 'Contact Us' form on their website the day or so after. No reply. I tried the same form again about a week later and again no reply. The item was never dispatched. The 'Chat With Us' section on their website doesn't even work or go anywhere and I still have never heard back from them nor has my item ever arrived. Will be trying to dispute with bank but do not order from this site, definitely a scam.

Scammers

Unfortunately it appears this is a scam company, I ordered 4 cups that never arrived and they don’t answer my emails. £70 down the drain. Avoid.

They stole my money.

They stole my money.
I ordered cups for more than 100€ and they never arrived. I have tried multiple times to contact them but no reply.
