What a blunder I ordered a jacket from this company in good faith. My payment went through immediately but the garment took ages to come. It eventually turned up but was nothing like the jacket advertised. The size was the one I ordered but quite honestly was two sizes too small The quality was shoddy. I wish I had done my homework but the reviews listed were all very positive on facebook I have asked for a return label on numerous occasions but the company are now asking for a photo of the jacket????? incredible!!!

I Ordered a blue shirt. When it arrived, weeks later, FROM CHINA, the item I received was like an old creased rag and was bottle green.
I complained and was told they would only refund 30% of what I had paid!
These people are complete frauds.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Yes I absolutely agree with every comment. I thought it was a UK based company. The item took weeks to arrive so I had suspicions it wasn’t coming from UK. When it arrived it was a very very shoddy garment. Things stitched on the wrong way round, sleeve stitching was awful!. The colour wasn’t the same as advertised either. Contacted them have heard nothing back. DO NOT ORDER from this site!!!

I ordered 2 items from loxinova which did not fit. I contacted them by email a few times for a returns label which wasn't sent. They then responded and offered me 30% off my £75 order to keep the garments as I would have to return them to China! 1 month down thenline and still no returns label. I wouldn't use this company again!

If I could give zero star I would.

Shocking service, poorest quality, nothing like the advertised item. Email after email now telling me I have to return this to China even though it was supposed to be a UK website. Offered 30% discount to keep it, why the heck would I. Absolutely appalling. Trading Standards have been informed.

Scammers. I echo all the reviews below. Grrrr, it's awful how these companies can get away with it.

Had to give 1 star as not able to administer lower. Not happy with my jacket so immediately asked for return label as stated in their policy. Too many emails unanswered and phone No wrong so unable to contact them direct. 0 stars should be given and a warning to other customers

The quality is awful , the customer service the worst I have ever experienced. I have e mailed the company daily for a full month to ask for a returns address . Emails are either ignored or I’m offered a 30 % refund . I have now contacted my bank to raise a dispute and obtain a full refund .
Do not order from this company !!

This company appears to be a scam. There is a similar one called Thea which has just appeared on FB which is possible the same outfit.

I ordered a jacket thinking it was from a London company,turned out it was from China.Very poor quality. I have emailed requesting refund and asked how to return it.As of yet I've had no reply. Do not buy from this company!! I've lost £37. God knows if I'll ever get it back.

Yep I don’t know how to warn people more - it’s a complete sham- from china and this kind of product just goes straight to landfill adding to environmental crisis. I have totally learnt not to assume because is company advertises on Facebook it has any standards. Advert photo is totally misleading to quality. Website barely populated with info- just an email address for returns. Heard nothing and doubt I will. I guess they hope we all just right-off the £40 and so they will continue to get away with it.

Please do not ever buy from this company - its not London its China takes weeks to arrive and when it does very sub standard item arrives - mobile number is not recognised and emails take days to have any kind of reply which just fob you off.

First time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review but had to echo the above sentiments - exact same experience over here! Jacket looked nothing as advertised and only offered a 30% refund! Never heard of such nonsense in my life. Avoid at all costs.

The items arrived from China, shoddy goods, don’t fit and when I asked about returns Isabella from customer services asked for photo’s to check them

Assume to delay me. 30% refund to keep the items that I turned down and no response now to many messages

They also run ads on Facebook Thea London page and any negative comment or request to return is deleted within minutes

Not even fit for charity shops!!!

I ordered a dress. It is 2 pieces of material, beautiful as it is, sewn up the sides. It is like a tent. I've emailed 3 times about returning but no reply as yet.

The advert for Loxinova popped up on FB and the jacket looked perfect, so I chose one and added it to the basket. I continued shopping and found a great summer dress and a lovely dressy two piece. Added to the basket total spend was about £99. On their front page was the Apple Pay logo which is my preferred method of paying online. However when accessing the payment page there was no option for Apple Pay or Pay Pal, so I typed in my My Amex Credit card number, it was declined, and another UK bank Credit Card was also declined. So I realised there was something very wrong with this company, and I’m very glad I didn’t enter my Debit Card details.

Ordered a jacket but it doesn't fit. When I requested a return they offered for me to keep the jacket and they would refund 30% of the price. I refused and requested full refund as per their website and they have not responded since...

I wish there was 0 star for this company. Loxinova are an absolute joke. My wife has ordered a product from them and not only is not even the product she ordered, they are only offering a 30% refund! I’ve declined and said we want the full refund but was told that as I would have to pay myself to ship it back to China, I may aswell take the 30%! Joke

The person who has given them a 5* review saying the staff are so helpful must work for them surely
