Hello,

Hello,
I did not intend to purchase anything from your website or join any kind of membership or loyalty program. I was trying to pay for a completely different product, but in the end, I was redirected to your site. This is misleading and feels like fraud.

I was charged:
• $4
• $10

I demand a full refund, and I request that:
• My subscription (if any) is canceled immediately
• My card details are deleted from your system
• You confirm that no further charges will be made

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will report it to my bank as fraudulent activity.

Scum

Scum. They sending messages from february that for a few days they will refund the money. Of course it is a lie. I do not even have a pets. Company from Cyprus.
