Fantastic customer service.
Booked in for a M.O.T turned up to be Greeted by a lovely receptionist.
Left the vehicle with them then returned to pick up vehicle asked me would I like a brew .
Also you can see you're car on the TV screen Even sent me a video of underneath the vehicle thanks to the mechanics 10/10 experience will be returning for my annual service.

Parking is a major problem for larger vehicles, you have to see it to believe it, so little room and so congested. I booked in my 7.4mtr motorhome as engine check light was illuminated. Diagnostics indicated that regeneration was needed. Work was carried out and garage reported that the fault was rectified and advised that I drive at high revs for an extended period. Within 500 mtrs of leaving the garage the engine check light reappeared. In addition the rear view camera wasn't working and I also noticed that the audible beep when locking and unlocking the van had disappeared. I contacted the garage, they informed me that they had tried to save me money by only carrying out a partial regeneration, in addition that it was standard procedure to disconnect any cameras in the vehicle. In a motorhome the cameras are vital for safe driving and at the very least I would have expected them to be re connected and checked, the garage offered an apology. The missing audible warning on the central locking they felt was nothing to do with them, but would take a look and the work would be chargeable. It was perfectly fine when I dropped the vehicle off and only ceased to worked when I collected the vehicle from them. The garage agreed to re book my vehicle in and did so. After consideration I would rather take my vehicle to another garage as I have lost confidence with LP Autos. In essence it had 1 fault initially and was given back with 3 faults and a bill. I would add that the facility is very clean and welcoming and the staff are polite and engaging.

Cannot recommend enough

I found this platform through using WhoCanFixMyCar.com. It was quite easy to make appointments for MOT and some repairs needed. Excellent communication with staff member. Nowadays it is rare to find a garage, reliable, and with a competitive value. Definitely recommend.
