Great telephone assistance and courtesy. Only drawback is that LPA is only open Mon - Friday 09 am to 5:30 pm which makes it hard to contact if one works. It took some time to get an independent signatory in my area, with a couple of assigned people not being availabe. However, Joe Macleen (?) was absolutely wonderful. Calm, capable, visited mum at home on a Saturday. Made her feel at ease. So all in all a really good experience and would recommend. Still waiting for the Office of the Public Guardian to approve papers - was advised it takes 14 weeks but this is not a reflection of LPA now.

This company offers exceptional service in helping people with their preparing LPAs. Very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the process which is quite involved. Incredibly responsive to all my queries. A joy to work with.

The service was excellent and expeditious.
My service provider Jo was very patient and helpful and nice to work with: even tailoring carefully considered special explanations to help me understand the inclusion a useful but slightly obscure special 'clause'.
The documentation was completed within a few days leaving me with clear instruction to complete the application

I felt completely at ease from the very first telephone conversation I had with this company, the friendliness came across instantly which made it such an easy process. Would recommend without a doubt.

It was an easy process and Jo was very helpful. Jo answered all my questions and put me at ease. All the information was given over the telephone, I checked the information and then had a solicitor came around to my mum's house and mum signed the documents. I would recommend this organization to anyone who is thinking of taking out a Lasting Power of Attorney.

This was my 5th LPA application with this company.

Michelle was very good in explaining everything about doing our LPA’s. Wasn’t rushed clearly went through the forms. We chose to have their agent to come to our home for us to sign the forms, and Robin witnessed our signatures, again he clearly explained everything. Once this was done a few days later we had a call confirming everything had been checked, and being sent for registration. I can certainly recommend LPA , as they made the process stress free.

I telephoned and spoke to a staff member, no waiting or queueing on hold. All my questions answered and I didn't feel rushed. And no sales pressure. I called a few days later and spoke to the same person. The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. My details were taken and an appointment for an agent to visit me was arranged at my convenience to sign documents. Excellent service. Very happy customer.
