ordered one day delivered next day, brilliant

Finding the parts and putting them into the basket very easy finding the basket to pay for my items very easy, extra charge at the end for postage BUT items arrived the next day, absolutely excellent.

Easy to choose exactly what I wanted online and delivery was faultless. Filled up locally and fits nicely in the van without issue. Great company to deal with and fantastic product.

I recently returned to the UK after many years in the US and brought back a large fire pit table. The team at LPG worked with me to ascertain the best solution to make it all work - kudos to Dave for his patience during endless emails and phone calls !

Avoid this company there are better out there that treat customers with respect. they have terrible customer service take no responsibility, and do not answer questions on time or in the time frame required. I purchased from their eBay store and it took over a month for them to reply and blame eBay..? As if a multi-billion dollar company doesn't have its message service sorted. seems they do as when they got involved they answered. But still tried to say eBay shop was not the same as their online store which is not true. It is sold with descriptions that make you think about the thing and then they ask you to spend another £90 on something they do not mention you need in the description on eBay. But again they say it is the correct description but it says the gas bottle is good for barbecue, house heating and so on if so why do you need to have an extra item to fill the bottle..? I mean I bought one for campervan but can you take your home to the gas station or barbecue to have it refilled? Again they were only concerned about their eBay listing and how a return would affect them nothing about you or an apology. Just it costs them for a return and effects their eBay store.? Well answer messages when you are sent them and treat customers with respect you only have to read other reviews on here and google they couldn't care less about you just their profit. Stay away, safe fill are way better choice

Found this company on line following a search for refillable gas bottles, phoned and received outstanding excellent advice and information from a very knowledgeable gentleman.
Order from this company with confidence especially if advice was sought, delivery and packaging is exceptional.

Gas Bank cylinder and connector arrived the next day. As there weren't any instructions, I called and they were helpful in confirming some points for me.
