Danny came to install the new wifi in the van. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The install was completed quickly with no fuss and the internet has been great. What an asset to LPIS. Legend.

The fitter, Gwion, turned up on time on a horrible windy & rainy day.
I had bought 25m of ethernet cable for me to run under my caravan & into the back bedroom. I asked if he could just pass the end through the main hole he'd drilled and I would then run the rest into the bedroom myself.
After making the hole slightly larger, Gwion very kindly passed the cable through the hole behind the TV and also drilled the hole in my bedroom floor beneath the desk/dressing table. I am now able to get wired internet at the back of the caravan as my partner works from there and her company won't allow wireless to reduce the risk of dropouts with VOIP calls.
All in all, a brilliant service from a genuinely friendly guy.

The gentleman brought the wire in fitted an aerial on the side of our lodge.Then he came back in and sorted the hub out.Went on his laptop and did his usual task but it seemed it wasn’t running at normal speed.He stayed at this for ages and eventually he got us to full speed.He was a credit to your company.Thank you so much

The installation happened reasonably quickly after signing up for the service.
The installation engineer was brilliant. Very careful and considerate about the caravan, cleaned up when he finished and made sure I was happy before leaving. I thoroughly recommend him.

Justin came to my static caravan at Sands of Luce and the level of service was excellent. He was so efficient, pleasant and very helpful. He came with the correct tools for the job and left no mess whatsoever. Talked me through the process of where the cables would be coming in and when he left you wouldn't have known anything was done. Thank you Justin.
