Screen arrived with some rust on the metal components. It works but it has a pressure mark (permanent white spot on the right half of the screen approximately 4mm in diameter.

This is one of few shops where I was able to find the screen I was looking for. The y are responsive and responsible. I am grateful to them for their service :)
I strongly recommend avoiding purchases from this site.
- I ordered a specific version of a screen, but received a different one.
- The screen they sent was defective and didn’t work at all.
- The website states a 60-day return policy for damaged or defective items, but when I contacted support, they refused to provide a return label. Their explanation was that they don’t have a warehouse in Sweden (where I ordered from), which means I have to cover the return shipping myself.

I do not recommend it and warn against purchasing it.
The whole truth about them:
-Misleading the customer.
-Shipping a completely different item and claiming that the product sent is compatible, which is not true.
-After receiving the wrong product, they ask that it be sent back at the buyer's expense.
-Before ordering, I agreed with the seller that I needed this exact product and a different one was sent twice.
I do not recommend it and warn against purchasing it.

No confirmation, price change after the fact
I ordered a replacement screen five days ago and the charge showed up on my credit card, but I did not receive a confirmation email. Then today I received a message from Ricky at the LPScreen service team that "there is wrong price, would you mind to pay more $90?"

Before i placed the order i emailed customer service to ensure that the model which they had was right and the screen was in stock, ricky from their customers service replied that everything was okay.
i paid for the screen and 5 days later they ask me to pay $50 more since what they promised me they didnt have.
i explained them since i had confirmed the item before paying it was not in my budget the extra $50 and they should send me the item as is
without any apology they gave a refund after 7 days

Good customer service
Good customer service. Shipping time was very good. Delivery was ok, (was missing my condo unit number: 407). Driver could not utilize intercom but was able to call me via cell phone).
The Product is very good, but there is a problem with shipping info.
There was no problem with the product and I was able to exchange it, and there were no problems with it working.
However, although I was supposed to receive an email to inform me that it had been shipped, I did not receive it. The shipping number was written on the website, so I checked the shipping information using the shipping company information on the LPscreen website, but it could not be found.
Because of this, I inquired through the inquiry form on LPscreen's website and was told that it had been sent by a different shipping company and that the item had arrived.
I was out on the day I made the inquiry, and was only able to confirm that it had arrived after I got home. If I had been able to find the correct shipping company from the information on the website, I wouldn't have had to worry, so it would be helpful if you could provide a little more accurate information.

I ordered for the screen from India and to my surprise I received it in just 6 days and that to in mint condition , safe and securely packed , go-ahead and order without a second thought.
Buy at your own risk
TLDR: screen malfunctioned 4 days in. Dead pixel, flickering screen. Screen quality is not as described.
I purchased this screen on the assumption that it was A+ quality. My experience did not reflect that. Second day of installing the screen, I notice a scratch in the centre of the screen. I think to myself that my previous screen lasted 3 years, no screen protector, no scratches what so ever. But I ignore the problem as I knew the company could not do anything about it and that this would be labelled "accidental damage".
I come to use my laptop 4 days later and I notice a red dot in the screen itself, which I then found out to be a faulty pixel. I contacted the company and they offered me less than 10% refund for what they promised to be a high-grade screen. They also suggested an exchange provided that they get to try the screen after its returned...which I explained wont work as taking the screen out of my laptop chassis would mean destroying the screen. I then also noticed that the screen is literally flickering every time I scroll on a page.
I am quite disappointed and frustrated that I essentially wasted my money on empty guarantees about this screen. Just buy the cheaper option off of ebay; at least you wouldn't be spending 3x the amount for an equally crappy screen.
