تجربتي مع أكاديمية LRNRS في دورة “PMP using AI” كانت مميزة فعلاً. ما أعجبني أكثر هو أن الدورة لم تكتفِ بالجانب النظري لمنهجية PMBOK، بل ربطته بتطبيق عملي كامل — حيث أنجزنا حزمة دراسية متكاملة لمشروع حقيقي شملت دراسة الجدوى، التحليل المالي، إدارة المخاطر، الجودة، الموارد البشرية، والمشتريات، من مرحلة البدء حتى الإغلاق.كما اني تعلمت بشكل تفصيل ادارة المشاريع بالطريقة الرشيقة
التميّز الأكبر كان في دمج أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي ضمن العمل، مما جعل بناء الوثائق الاحترافية أسرع وأكثر دقة. كذلك كان الإشراف الأكاديمي والتنسيق منظمًا وداعمًا، والتغذية الراجعة عملية ومفيدة.
أنصح بها كل من يريد فهم إدارة المشاريع بشكل تطبيقي حقيقي وليس مجرد حفظ للمفاهيم
