I reached out to LR Centre from the United States to obtain a UK spec set of taillights for my new Discovery in NY state after being unsuccessful with London based Land Rover dealers. I started working with Ben who offered great service and continued with Myles while Ben was away and I am happy to share that Myles went above and beyond researching and offering assistance to my complicated request. In addition to his prompt responses to my emails, Myles found an approach that simplified my search request and was able to find the parts I needed very quickly. Once the parts were ordered, they were shipped and I received them within 4 days in the US. Overall this experience was very positive and super productive. I was surprised how quickly my order was shipped and received. Myles went above and beyond and I am happy to recognize his efforts.
