Helpful and friendly parts department found the part numbers for me as I didn’t know them and then I ordered online which was a simple task.
I have now used LR Centre on several occasions and they have always been great.

To be honest
To be honest, first purchase was quick and efficient they send it within 6 days so I trusted them and i made the second purchase now almost 21 days and still didn’t receive it
However they said the item I purchased not with them and they need to call the supplier !
My question is how come you sale something you don’t have it and when I asked them they said the website sometimes gives a wrong information, as a very famous company like LR they should keep their reputation as they depend on it.

Reupholstery kits…
Ordered reupholstery kits for passenger and driver seats. All good. Subsequently ordered reupholster kit for centre seat but ordered the wrong one. (My fault entirely). Phoned and spoke to Luke. Very understanding and arranged for it to be collected within 48 hrs at my convenience . Provided order number of new order for correct kit. He followed it up, informed me there were none in stock but arranged for it to be sent direct from their supplier- delivered the next day. Genuinely impressed. Great service from Luke.

Poor service
Website said product was in stock no one bothered to contact me to let me know they wasn’t I chased my order after a week to find out it wasn’t Then they informed me of due date from the manufacturer yet I contacted the manufacturer and the time was double what the time they gave me. So they shipped my other item on the postage price I had to pay for the full order even tho it could have been posted for less than half the price

We understand how frustrating this was, especially as you had to contact us for an update, and we apologise that we did not communicate the delay sooner.
With regards to the delivery charge, we can see that you paid our standard UK delivery rate of £6. Unless an order incurs an additional delivery surcharge due to its size or weight, £6 is our base shipping charge, so unfortunately it would not have been been possible to send your order for less than half that amount.

Parts that i needed were available on your website, they were easy to find, the transaction was processed in my local currency ($Can) and there were no extra charges upon delivery - this is a great system. The parts were of good quality and fit my Land Rover perfectly.
