What a classic set of coffee mugs! Simple and modern with a nice lip and comfortable handle. These have an upscale feel; they're not heavy, diner-style mugs. Perfect with so many home decor styles. Plus the ordering and delivery experiences were easy. Everything arrived quickly and safely packaged.

The glasses are gorgeous! Eye-catching. They arrived from the West Coast in only a few days beautifully (and safely) packaged. I have never been happier with both the quality of the product and the speed of service.

Glass vases were beautiful and extremely well packed and arrived unbroken.

Delivery on time

I had been looking everywhere for a very specific style of beer tankard like I had bought years ago and just when I was about to give up hope…I found exactly what I was looking for on your site. The service was very prompt and efficient and the products were very well packed. Thank you.

The item I ordered arrived with a defect and was not peacock blue as pictured or described. Although the return was accepted and made easier, my experience would have better if the product matched what was presented online.

I placed an order for a carafe with cork stopper and the savoy nick & nora glasses. The cocktail glasses came intact but the carafe was cracked in the middle. Based on the shape of the crack I think it was because the long shape of the carafe was too tightly packaged in filler materials that the item could not be taken out. I took pictures of the item still in its original packaging and sent it immediately to LSA for replacement request but there was no response. I tried again 4-5 days ago for the second time and still no reponse. I possibly will need to look into a chargeback for this portion given how LSA ignored me.

Products were terrific and shipping/packing was excellent. That is all there is to say.
