LSBLUEPRINT Doesn't Honor Terms and Conditions
I want to share my disappointing experience with LSBLUEPRINT, a company offering Personal Shopping courses. I paid a deposit of £350 with the understanding, clearly outlined in their Terms and Conditions and confirmed via email by Jack Zambakides, that I would receive a refund if I chose not to proceed with the course.
Unfortunately, after deciding not to proceed with the course and making several attempts to obtain my deposit refund, I received neither a reply nor a refund from LSBLUEPRINT. Even after reaching out to them multiple times, they failed to honor their own terms and conditions.
In frustration, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. However, my bank informed me that LSBLUEPRINT turned down the claim, leaving me out of pocket and deeply disappointed by their lack of integrity.
It's incredibly disheartening to see a business take people's money and then fail to fulfill their promises. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with LSBLUEPRINT, as they do not seem to value their customers or honor their commitments.
