I would like to share my experience with London School of International Business. I think it could be helpful for those looking for information about the school if this review shows up in their search results.

I applied for an LLM program with LSIB in January 2021.
As advertised on their website, price of a 24 months LLM program was 5700 GBP.
On January 19, I contacted LSIB admissions team and they provided me with the same pricing information.

On January 21, I paid an enrollment fee of 10 GBP.
Once I paid, I was immediately informed that the price of my program had increased by 1000 GBP.

I agreed to the price increase and asked to issue an offer letter on January 28. The very next day I was informed that the price of my program had increased once more, by another 300 GBP.

Since my first contact with LSIB on January 19, in a course of 10 days, the price of my program increased twice: from 5700 GBP to 6700 GBP to 7000 GBP.

I cancelled my application and asked for my enrollment fee refund on February 4.

As I am writing this on February 23, the fee has not been refunded, and LSIB stopped replying to my emails.
The course fee for a 24 months LLM program on LSIB website is still 5700 GBP.

P.S. You see ‘verified’ tag near my review. This means that the review was flagged by LSIB as false. But I provided documents to Trustpilot, and they were able to verify that my experience was genuine.

I did my level 4 IT course here and I was really happy. Their marking is fair and they marked my assignment work very quickly. The feedback was really good.

I would recommend here if you want to quickly gain a degree. Although, they only go up to passes so I don't think the top-end unis would accept passes only.

But anyways, really great exerpience here.

Providers like these give online learning a bad name. Their use of English language is highly questionable which is appalling for a learning provider and, to boot makes learning difficult because you first have to analyse and interpret the information. 2 stars for the assignments which were challenging, gritty and very useful support for my business case study. However 0 stars for everything else: After months of deliberation regarding L7 Health and Social Care Management, I chose LSIB over LSPN. However, the course work did not match the specification and was irrelevant wrt the assignment. When I sought help, I was directed to a website, with prepared essays!!! Finally got my money back, less £50 which left me infuriated and almost tempted to report them to OfQual, but chose TrustPilot instead.
I am so disappointed because I had high hopes for this course but should have known better; I feel as though my greed at getting such a qualification, so easily, got the better of me. If you have no scruples and don't care whether you learn anything other than how to achieve a L7 for less than a £1000, then this is the course for you. I hope they clean up their act, for themselves, their students and for the reputation of online learning.

Correction made on 26/02/21, they held back my deposit of £10 (not £50 as stated above) but still out of order because they are the ones who let me down badly.

They're a bit disorganized and some provided informations are inaccurate. First I was told I can pay in AED as advertised in their website and confirmed by the admin. office. So I paid the one time enrollment fee in GBP and was going to pay installments in AED. But they sent me a payment link where I can make payments only in GBP, when I reminded them that they confirmed AED payment they double checked and said sorry only GBP. So I decided not to proceed because of foreign transaction fees and asked for a refund, which they did after a few days. That proves this institute is not a scam. However I have serious doubts of the validity of the provided degrees.

I really found odd when they didn't ask for one single documents such as previous degree, passport or any sort of identification document. I mean how they can issue a degree without my identification? How can I be awarded a Master degree if they don't ask and verify my B.Sc degree? So I can say that this is not a fraud but degrees obtained through them might not be reputable. Also universities, which they say students will be awarded by them, don't recognize this institute.

Edit: My review was pretty objective with a 3 star rating. I couldn't find any real review online besides their BOT reviews so this needs to stay here. Now they're trying to take this down by reporting that my experience was not genuine. Guess what LSIB, i have receipt so this will stay here and i've revised my rating.

Very friendly staff who are well informed. She helped me make a well-educated choice.
I would recommend LSIB learn to anyone who wants to learn online.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Plus the study materials are riddled with spelling mistakes and is primitive. I spent two months emailing them and regret choosing them. I was reading some critical reviews that were saying they are not a legitimate company that have now been removed by them.

Background:
I was interested in enrolling in a course here a few months ago so I asked a very clear question. I got three different answers from three different people within the same company. This made me have some reservations.

Closer to the time, I ask the same question to the same person I asked earlier and I get a totally different answer. Also, an advice for the company - I would try to make the replies through email look less like bots. At very best, they might be confused. Two conflicting answers from the same person. At worst, they are a severely incompetent and a very unprofessional company with no clear guidelines.

In hindsight, and to save valuable time and money, I would keep well away from any company that is unreliable and obscure.

I enrolled with the Open University for another subject and that process was miles ahead. Straightforward and effortless. It is a well-established, transparent and trustworthy educational institute with very high standards. The quality of the study material is far better giving you a much better understanding of the topic.

I would love to put 0 if I can. I've send emails, I called 5 times and LSIB team is only promising to call me back, but it never happens! I can't get answers for my questions, because they don't know anything!

Dear students! Please note, that I've sent inquiry to University of Chichester regarding the affiliation of LSIB with them. University has disproved any partnership with LSIB. You can send an email or call to University to get a proof as I did (links are not allowed you can google it).

Please, do research before applying! It is look like a fraud or complete incompetence.

UPDATE: 31.05.20:
Admissions assistant from University of Chichester finally has confirmed that 2nd stage progression (Top-Up) will deliver degree by LGS/OTHM via University of Chichester, UK.

But I could not get this confirmed by phone call or emails directly to LSIB which looks odd.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service. My worries and doubts cleared perfectly. Thank you very much.

I was very satisfied with the efficiency of enrollment for the Level 7 Diploma as well as for the top-up stage. LSIB always responded to emails quickly and feedback on assignments were always recieved within a few days.

The only aspect I found disappointing was how some of the accesors gave feedback, it was sometimes incomplete and vague. It was also difficult to get information from the admin, as questions in emails were not often answered.

I have had a pleasant experience right from enrolment to the program until the commencement of the course. The learning modules and documents provided are well structured and help in gaining a good understanding of the subject. The flexibility of the program suits working professionals and transition to a higher Masters degree is smooth

The learning process is intended to, if have good choice, taking a more prominent position in the physical space of the classroom and being more conscious about using a whole-class radar to scan what is happening all the time.

I really found the course very helpful. At first I struggled, however, I once I knew how to access support, it became very easy for me to progress.

My admin support person, Amrita, was really amazing. She literally dragged me across the finishing line with advice and information.

I would definitely like to continue further studies with LSIB.

UPDATE: since writing this review the company have stated they will give me a refund. Waiting for bank to confirm this.

I am unhappy with this course as the markers are incompetent. I gave a draft copy of an assignment to them to review to which i received feedback, I amended the course work and gave it back only to have the same feedback given back to me. When I enquired/pushed for more info I had to give them BOTH copies of my coursework to prove it was completed. They marked my work as a fail because it didn't cover the criteria. When I asked them what the problem was, that I had added all the information that they wanted I got the following email

The explanation provided is too vague and no examples or diagrams are included. Proper segmentation of the text should be done according to the Learning Outcomes, plus please pay attention on fulfiilling the learning outcomes atleast.

I had made the changes and was given a snotty reply that finished with 'do AT LEAST". I complained to them saying they hadn't bothered to READ my amendments because if they did they would have seen the changes I made which included a digrames, to which they replies with this:

I had given a diagram, but they didn't read my amended assignment. Due to this crappy service I thought it was going to be an uphill battle and I wanted a refund. I have the email trail if you want to read this as well as their mistake of giving me someone else's feedback!. Later they changed my mark from a fail to a pass, knowing well that if that happened then I couldn't get a refund from my credit card company because even if I had a crappy service they still gave me a mark, and because of that I can't get my money back. I have explained this to the LSIB group and they give me the cold shoulder and then have the nerve to send emails to me about signing onto another course and that the payments will be taken. Luckily I emailed them about it to which they said it was a mistake, but I have blocked them from my credit card company to make sure. Do yourself a favour and go to Open Uni and look up their free courses more value for money than these people.

Just a Diploma mill... I actually enrolled because of all the reviews here, how wrong was that decision!!

* there is absolutely no structure to the course, you get a list of expected outcomes with 5 textbook names, no study guide or any other method of approaching the course. Eventually you just get sent a bunch of random links that stretch from Wikipedia to other sources I could literally have googled Software engineering and get the information my self.

Avoid at all costs!!1 if it sounds too good to be true, it prob is...note to self!! biggest scam ever!!!!

...... I see they have replied, they might be registered but they are still a scam, for anyone interested feel free to reach out to me, I will gladly send the so called study material and outcomes you are supposed to achieve.

I completed my assignments in December. Since then every month I am informed that I will recieve my diploma "by the end of this month"- without any explanations. I needed this diploma for my work...Very bad customer service, I am stronly dissatisfied. It's a shame and I feel cheated by the company
