INADEQUATE DELIVERY SERVICE

I have never faced delivery issues until my recent miserable encounter with this company. I foolishly awarded them one star for their quick email response, but let me tell you, that’s where my satisfaction ended. How in the world can a package vanish into thin air when I provided the correct address on the shipping label and even included my phone number? When I reached out to LSO to my frustration, they had the audacity to claim it was delivered to my address, complete with a photo of my “house“ where are they supposedly left my package. But here’s the kicker: it was the wrong house! I immediately sent them a screenshot of my actual house with my address, clear as day, and they still insisted they couldn’t help me.

They even said they tried to retrieve the item, but was “unsuccessful.” Really? So I asked if they could at least get the driver’s name and find out where they left my package, and they wouldn’t even do that! It felt like a slap in the face; they just let someone take my package without a care in the world! How am I supposed to file a police report for theft when they refuse to assist me? Listen up, anyone considering LSO: do yourself a favor and use FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or DHL instead! Pay those few extra dollars for a package protection-believe me, it’s worth it if you ever end up dealing with deliveries going missing or getting stolen.

And to top it all off, the package was from MANGO, meant for an important event. Today, I had to contact MANGO to explain the whole situation, and thank goodness, they’re sending me another dress. But now I’m left praying it arrives on time. I specifically asked them not to send it via LSO-they can’t be trusted-but I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

Run...don't walk! This company and Carparts, a company that uses them are the worst. They take no responsibility for missing packages and have no reachable contact info.

I got it on my home camera

I got it on my home camera, the driver threw my pkg in my yard close to the road. I watched him, it could have been easily picked up by someone in the neighborhood had I not been home. I have a front porch and a side porch that everyone else places delivered goods, this was totally unprofessional.

Package was left at wrong apartment in…

Package was left at wrong apartment in the other side of the complex and was not even close to my unit number. Trying to get a hold of customer service is terrible. The one phone number I did find listed for them sent me to some health insurance scam, what it seemed like to me.
Then if you go to their webpage and try and fill out the form to be contacted, well that only shows half the page, when you try and type in the issue it just like half chops the words and combines them as you type then it does not give you a way to submit. If there is a submit button then it’s cut off the page.
What a joke!
Then I read the reviews online and yep, nobody likes this company.
All I know is that from now on I will ask the shipper what service they will use and will gladly pay to have not this logistics company deliver any package to me.

When the majority of the reviews you…

When the majority of the reviews you see are "if I could give zero stars, I would . . .", you should know what you're in for with LSO. The only reason we used them was by mistake. The typical result has been ship and then disappear for a week. Yeah, we know that the last-mile subcontractors don't want to drive all the way north for 20 miles from the depot to deliver our (commercial) shipment. How? We asked. "It's far. We can make all the local stops, but then have to go all that way, just cain't do it." So, basically, they get to it when they get to it. It's a shame, really. We are way more careful now when selecting shipping options and if somebody makes a mistake and selects LSO, we just automatically reorder specifying UPS. This way, we're only a day late, not a week. This isn't one time or one time of year, it's been at least 7 times over 3 years and yes, each time we selected LSO after the first disappointment, it was a mistake. We asked the vendor to eliminate LSO as an option, but apparently they can't, which I understand. If you're a commercial user near their hub, maybe your performance is acceptable. If you are counting on LSO to sort out commerical loads from the retail stuff they must deliver local to them, I'm willing to bet your experience will be similar.

These degenerates are bigger criminals then actual crimnjnals

Was scammed and taken advantage by one of the degenerate lawyers and scammed for $1500. Filed a complaint to get reimbursement and more or less got told to kick rocks. Don't trust them with anything . And ironically enough these scammers even break the law themselves. It's our right to escalate to management or supervisors but they constantly refuse to let us do that.

Wheeeew this company is horrible i order a radiator from car parts wendseday 3/14/25 for a Friday delivery.. when i contacted carparts they told me to contact the courier which was LSO !!! Bad bad horrible customer service they picked up the order on the 16th me expecting it by the 19 which i gabe them the entire weekend monday came nothing tuesday they came they told me it was out for delivery ans here it is 8:12 ans havent received it . My kids havent been to school , im ubering to work this is such a inconvenience i even asked if i could pick the park up which is a hour away he said rest assured you will have it today .. i need my car and the fact its just sitting in the ware house with no update tracking info is crazy im mad pissed ! they need to be looked into a class law suit

LSO has determined that airbill ZY0FZ3UD was not delivered correctly and is considered to be lost/missing at this time. My deepest apologies for any inconvenience we have caused you. We do recommend contacting your merchant or vendor and they will be the one to reach out LSO for your refund.

So basically, it was stolen!

Please avoid this company stolen

Please avoid this company , the are stolen my package. The driver went to the wrong address and take a photo from there and the residents saw him on the camera and told him no package waited please took the package with you , after went he wrote the order was delivered. He stolen the order and called the customer service no help no support. Please if anyone wants to ship any shipments avoid this company, they are fraud and not honest.

Not recommended.

Awful and unacceptable service

Awful and unacceptable service. Companies should not be using LSO for their shipping and delivery services. Every time LSO is used to deliver my online orders from Nordstrom, scheduled deliveries are never on time. And their tracking is never updated. My packages are either delivered way past the scheduled date, or not at all. They also claim to deliver packages that never arrived. Twice, LSO did not deliver packages to me that they claimed were delivered. I am currently waiting over 8 days for an overdue delivery that they still have not updated the tracking. When I inquired about the tracking and delay they only apologize and refer me to their tracking site, but have not delivered. I wonder how much money companies are losing from refunding customers due to LSO not delivering. LSO stands for Lost Shipments Overnight!

Garbage Company!

Trash! They don’t even deserve 1 star. I had a package expedited for 2 day shipping. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, the tracking listed “unable to locate”. I emailed them and got a vague answer.. 4 days after it was supposed to be delivered, it was finally delivered BUT it was in my front yard. I know it wasn’t put on my front porch due to my cameras not going off. Trash, trash, trash! I never want to deal with them ever again.

This company is a JOKE

Trash! A local number text me Oct 29 and said “hey, I’ve got a package to deliver to you. Are you gonna be home?” I never thought that would have been a company. I text back and asked who it was. I never got a response. However, later that day, I saw an email and realized that my order of vape devices now require a signature from someone 21 and older. I put two into together and realize this was my order for the vapes. So I go to look at tracking, the package is marked no one’s available. There was never a knock at my door or anything picked up on my ring camera. I text the number back. Sent two emails, now Nov 1, still no response. Thank you to the other review that gave a phone number. I’m going to try that now. I will update this review if it gets any better, but I’m not hopeful at all.

This experience has made me 100% certain I will never order from a business again that uses this delivery service. I can only hope that in won’t take long before the companies they are contracted begin to realize they’re receiving a lot of complaints, dissatisfied customers & losing sales due to this delivery company.

Worse delivery service a company can choose

Because there is no way to see an estimated day and time of delivery I missed them the first day. A sticker was left on my door alerting me of an attempt. On day 2 the driver marked my status to “resident not in” when I was home all day waiting on this package that requires an adult 21+ signature(vapes). When I finally found this customer service number that actually worked (888-688-6909) the rep told me that it’s common for the driver to do this if they think the customer won’t be home and he would contact his station to have the package delivered that day. Well, that didn’t happen! And there was no further communication from him as he stated there would be. I made a second call to customer service, this rep told me that she would contact her supervisor about my situation. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor or manager, that’s not possible because they are in Texas and customer service is off shores, they only communicate through email. I waited on hold for 40+ minutes until the call was disconnected, business hours were over. So I sent an email asking for the package to be delivered when I would be home from work. Day 3 my status said out for delivery at way before I got off work the driver in a personal vehicle pulled into my drive way and marked my status as resident not in again. Customer service phone call once again, they will contact their supervisor and station to see if the package can be delivered when I’m home. 4 hours later another call to customer service, your package cannot be redelivered today one attempt each day. I asked if there was a facility I could pick the package up from but that question couldn’t be answered, had to email the supervisor but I still don’t know if it can be picked up or not. They did inform me that’s the driver knocked several times and called me which is a complete lie, they didn’t even get out of the vehicle (I have cameras) no new sticker on the door and I had no missed call. LSO is the worse delivery service I’ve ever had contact with and their customer service is even worse. If you have a package being delivered from them I hope you don’t really want it because your delivery will never happen. And shame on the companies who use LSO for their delivery needs! I can only hope that my package makes it back to the company I made my purchase from so I can have a complete refund. many details of my experience with LSO and their customer service team I’m leaving out…this company is TRASH!

I just received my package from LSO

I just received my package from Nordstrom and the guy couldn't bother to bend down and place my package on the porch, he had to throw it. My porch is elevated so he didn't have that far to go. I heard the package hitting my front porch all the way in my bedroom! Just pathetic.
