Overwhelmed with features, very poor design

The most advanced feature (as for me) is @ Boot Disk which enables you create bootable DVD/CD/flash with Active Data Studio. I use it to work with damaged devices, or if I want to retreive some data from damaged OS.
What I don't like is the GUI design - it is outdated and not intuitive.

data diagnostics, recovery, and security for consumers

If you're in need of operating system or CD/disk diagnostics, data recovery, data storage or security, LSoft is a great choice. They have a one-stop-shop software suite that combines the best of all previous versions of their tech, making it easier for previous users of their software to get work done quickly.

All of the programs within the software suite have robust tutorials/support.

It's not flashy, but what it lacks in aetherics, it makes up for in brute force and function.

A good consumer option

I really like the Lsoft software, but it is too unreliable!!!

I really like the Lsoft software, which I always install on just my main laptop - which is now 3 years old.
However, at regular intervals and, it appears to be just when I need it most, it comes up as licensed on the program title and help, but when I come to use it, it says unlicensed.
I am thus stuck (AGAIN).
Now if a customer were, within reason of course, to be able to reset the activations then that would be OK.
But, NO - it is necessary to contact support before using the software for which you are paying them GOOD MONEY!
IMHO, too UNRELIABLE to recommend!
Oh, and the response from support is unacceptably slow..

LSoft Just Lost A Long-Time Customer

First off, let me make it clear that I've been using LSoft's disk imaging software for more than 10 years; with no complaints during that time. But everything changed with a recent purchase of their latest software version.

First, the activation process was frustrating. LSoft seems to have taken a simple activation procedure and turned it into a mess.

As for the program itself... it was being buggy and unpredictable and couldn't perform even the simplest of tasks. I'm a power user who rarely needs tech support, but this time I definitely needed help. I contacted tech support (letting them know that I was long-time customer) and the response I got was completely useless and absolutely insulting. No suggestions or tips or requests for more information. All I got was "it's a Windows problem; reboot and try again". That's it; word for word. Needless to say, I was stunned. Absolutely stunned. Being a long-time customer, I expected more than that.

Bottom line: This situation is inexcusable, and LSoft just lost a long-time customer. For those of you looking for disk imaging software, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

Very poor service from this company

Very poor service from this company - I ordered the wrong license by mistake on April 22nd 2022. I have tried multiple forms of contact from then to now, including email, contact form submission, phone calla nd voicemail message to request either a refund or for the correct product to be provided.

Despite this I have received no response what so ever.

It was my mistake but I feel the service is extremely poor due to my not receiving any reply at all (Even if it was to say; sorry it is not possible, that would have been better than no reply at all).
