A big thank you to LT Property Improvements Ltd, who recently fitted and installed our new kitchen from Magnet. The work involved the complete removal of the old and somewhat dated kitchen, which included two layers of ceramic floor tiling. As with any major project of this nature there was bound to be noise, dust and disruption, but this was carefully managed by the team, and all rubbish was removed from site in a timely manner.
The plumbing services were successfully renewed and re-routed to accommodate the position of the new sink, dishwasher and existing washing machine. An old radiator was also removed and replaced with a more stylish and efficient model. There was also extensive re-wiring and other essential electrical work carried out to provide power and lighting for the new and updated design. During the course of the project there were additional areas that were not originally scoped but still needed attention. Lee made arrangements with his excellent team to remedy these, one of which was to fully re-paint the entire kitchen. Naturally there were some areas of snagging requiring attention albeit minimal, however all were quickly and successfully rectified.
We are incredibly happy with the finished product and are really enjoying using our new kitchen from Magnet.

Garage Conversion Review - Office/
Spare Room with Ensuite

We recently had our garage converted by LT Property Improvements into a
dual-purpose office and spare bedroom with an ensuite, and the
transformation has been incredible.

From the very beginning, the team at
LT Property Improvements were
professional, friendly, and easy to
work with. They really took the time
to understand what we wanted-a
space that could function as a
productive home office during the
day, and comfortably host guests
overnight, complete with a private
bathroom.
Their workmanship was top quality,
from the plumbing and electrics to
the finishing touches. The ensuite is
compact but beautifully done, and the
main room feels nothing like a former
garage-it's well-insulated, full of
natural light, and blends in perfectly
with the rest of the house.
The whole project was handled
efficiently, with clear communication
throughout, and we couldn't be
happier with the result.

I'd highly recommend LT Property

a garage conversion. They've added
real value to our home and made the
space truly work for us.

Lee and his team have carried out several jobs for me to a high standard including kitchens, extensions and total house refit's. Lee and his team, provide a good service.

To be honest we had never heard of LT Property Improvements until the kitchen designer at Magnet recommended them to us as they are contracted to Magnet and have been for many years (along with there own work).

What an excellent decision to go with LT, Lee, (the boss man),came round with the plans of the kitchen design and added a few ideas of his own, which we were only too happy to go with as they made a lot of sense.

Now, what can I say about his team, words like, excellent, clean, tidy, polite, gave ideas along the way, happy to discuss our ideas, did full days and worked hard.

Good communication all the way through the project, from Claire in the office, (boss lady), and the rest of the team.

End result is absolutely brilliant, better still my wife is delighted with the end result.

LT Property have done a couple of jobs for us now and we cannot recommend them enough.
The team are friendly, helpful and thoughtful, respecting your property and minimising the upheaval of a large project as much as possible. They keep their work areas exceptionally clean and tidy and the attention to detail that they pay to their work is a real credit to them.

We have just had a new kitchen fitted by Lee and his team and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work. They also knocked down walls, fitted a new RSJ, took down and replaced ceilings, fitted bi-fold doors, plastered walls and ceilings, decorated, rewired, re plumbed and laid new floor throughout our downstairs. We would highly recommend Lee for any home improvements you may have.

We purchased our kitchen from Magnet and they allocated LT to carry out the work. Lee came round prior and gave us some recommendations. We are happy with the results and even when finished, Lee had some additions which totally changed the finished look to the better. We were so pleased with the results we asked Lee to carry out some other work for us, changing doors, replacing roof and door on garage. We are very pleased and would totally recommend LT Property Improvements Ltd
