Fraud. Initial payment is just couple bucks, then charging $20 every month. Website is offline so no access to my purchase and not possible to manage this ”subscription”. Disputed in Wise bank

Hidden Charges
They randomly charged me $31 for something that was only $1.95. This is extremely frustrating. Applied for a refund. Lets see now

Misleading Sales Tactics and Hidden Costs
I recently came across an advertisement on Facebook by LTV Spot, promoting their E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Checklist. The ad boasted a tempting offer of a secret flash sale: 50% off the checklist's price when using the code "LTV50," but unfortunately, my experience with the purchase left much to be desired.
The initial offer seemed like a great deal, especially with the promised discount using the provided code. However, upon reaching the sales page, I was bombarded with multiple upsells, some of which were automatically added to my order. The most disappointing aspect was that one of these upsells, the Special One Time Offer for a Whitelabel License and the CRO Notion Checklist for free, could not be removed from the order. This effectively increased the overall price significantly, even after applying the "LTV50" discount.
The deceptive nature of this sales tactic left a bitter taste in my mouth. Instead of the advertised 50% off price of $1.95 for the E-commerce CRO Checklist, I found myself billed for much more. Additionally, after seven days of purchase, I was automatically charged $19.83 again, without any prior notification or consent. This recurring charge was not clearly mentioned during the checkout process, leaving me feeling deceived and frustrated.
Furthermore, LTV Spot inundated my inbox with a flurry of promotional emails, constantly urging me to make additional purchases. These emails, such as "Surprise! (Get a 94.06% Discount)" attempted to entice me with seemingly irresistible discounts on their checklists and other products. This excessive marketing approach felt invasive and distracted from the original purchase.
While I consider myself familiar with upsells and their presence in the online business landscape, the sales page for LTV Spot's E-commerce CRO Checklist was undeniably misleading. The use of strike-through prices and the claim of a one-time purchase implied a straightforward transaction, leading customers to believe they were getting a comprehensive package at a discounted price.
The checklist itself does offer some valuable content, including an extensive inventory of actionable quick-win checkpoints, case studies, SOPs, and bonus email and SMS marketing SOPs. However, the hidden costs, recurring charges, and relentless marketing emails tarnish the overall experience. It's disappointing to see such tactics employed, as they undermine the trust and transparency that should be essential in any business transaction.
In conclusion, while the E-commerce CRO Checklist from LTV Spot does contain valuable resources, potential buyers should approach with caution. Be wary of the hidden upsells and recurring charges, and carefully consider if the additional costs and marketing emails align with your expectations. Transparency and upfront pricing are crucial in building trust with customers, and unfortunately, LTV Spot fell short in this regard.
