Helpful and professional
Lukasz is helpful and professional in his work. He diligently ensures details are covered and stays abreast of the latest lettings regulations. I particularly value the flexibility of his letting services, allowing you to save cost by covering some elements yourself, while he covers areas that are more complex, or you can't be around for. He has also always taken on feedback well, which I'm sure will serve him well as he continues to grow his business.

Excellent service
I’ve known Luarnest for many years so when I decided to rent out my property earlier this year it was a no-brainer to go with Luarnest as I really trust Lucas. He’s completely taken the weight off of me and I don’t have to worry about a thing. He secured me a great tenant and I haven’t had a single issue.

LuAr Nest full of Zest
Ive known Lukasz of LuAr Nest for quite some time. So when he started his own lettings agency I was keen to give him some of my properties to manage. I knew he'd been a renter himself for many years prior, so he knew the buisiness from the otherside too and therefore would be sympathetic to the tenants needs as well as mine as a landlord.
He's been very competent and makes sure all i's are dotted and t's are crossed. He's good with the tenants and very efficient in keeping me informed of any issues that arise and advising me in advance of anything on the horizon. In addition to this their fees are very reasonable compared to most of their peers.
LuAr Nest are a young company but I can see them growing and going far in a buisiness that is now a minefield for landlords in this new age or tirrany inflicted on private landords in the uk.
I give my full recommendation to the services LuAr Nest whether you be a tenant or a landord
