i ordered my hoodie over a month ago, paid extra for 1-3 day shipping and still have not received it.

Great brand and Good quality material! Love my hoodie I got!!!

I ordered a hoodie April 13th and it is June 5th. Havent had any updates on my item despite reaching out multiple times on multiple platforms. Still have no help.

My item never arrived and when I attempted to contact business. No reply. Still seeking help with order

haven’t received my package yet, ordered it on the 8th.

Did not receive the item yet and it has been over a month. Had to spam their TikTok account and the owner said he would ship my package.

It’s been 2 weeks still haven’t seen my order be shipped and I can’t get in contact with anybody who can refund me my order.

I was supposed to receive it over a week okay and the order just keeps saying “ready to ship” when i had to pay for shipping for it to be here last monday. For a $70 sweatshirt I’m a bit annoyed it’s not here.

Never got my order , have been waiting for 1 month and a half. Order says it’s been shipped but i never got anything.
Tried to contact them and never got an answer back.

I still haven’t recieved any shipping information, since ordering a whole month ago. The customer service doesn’t answer their e-mails

my discount didn’t apply i raised the issue no answer and my package hadn’t been sent out but usps has been awaiting the item.

Such good quality, Good Communication as well as fast shipping 10/10 will order again! LOVE THIS COLLECTION

great!! this hoodie was my first order in us and you did not disappoint me. fast delivery for your money, and great hoodie. The print is good, the fabric is good. it’s a pity that it’s not oversized :( but in general it’s cool, I’ll wear it at school😮‍💨

The sweatshirt super soft, and I love the writing on the back

my order came in and it was ruined. the bubble letters on the sweatshirt were melted together and literally bubbling like some kind of chemical effect? messaged the company, sent photos of the sweatshirts when asked for them, and when given the choice between refund or another sweatshirt I CHOSE REFUND!!! never heard back from them, still getting charged on Afterpay. I’ve emailed and messaged multiple times with no answer. This was a terrible experience as a first time and now last time customer. Waste of 130+ $$$

I asked for Refund and no one got back to me.

The company played with my time and my email. How do you send a tracking email that I can’t open after the first time opening it? And they pushed my shipping date back 3 times. And only sent the product after I contacted my credit card company.
