Horrible company with nonexistent customer service
They have a good product, but non responsive horrible customer support. I was on a subscription and shipment was supposedly sent on February 9th and 14 days later I have never received it. I tried over and over to talk to customer service but no response at all. I filed a complaint with BBB, filed a fraud dispute with my bank, and cancelled my future subscription with them which I had to cancel by email. They give no other way on their website to cancel. Horrible company. Do not buy from them. I would like to add to my review. Their response that was added after my review is untruthful. There are tons of the same complaints from other customers that said the same thing as I did. It’s all on Google. Also, the phone number listed is a dead phone number. I tried calling them several times and it always says the same thing, that the call cannot be completed. Since I canceled my subscription on February 23 by email, I really hope they actually look at the email and carry through with cancelling the subscription. They had stated on a previous email when I started my subscription that there was a cancellation button on the website to click and it would easily be cancelled, but it’s not true. You click to cancel and that’s when they say you have to send them an email to cancel, so again they lied. You know what’s so sad? They took time to create a good product to help women, but then they throw it all down the drain with their awful customer support and unethical business practices, so I would gladly call them if the phone number was real.

Noticeable improvement in 2 months, worth the wait
Started these for vaginal dryness and painful intercourse. After about 8 weeks, I noticed real improvement. Not 100% yet but so much better than before. Taking off one star only because I wish results were faster, but I understand tissue regeneration takes time. Customer service was helpful in setting realistic expectations. Will continue!

Canceling subscription was actually easy!
I needed to cancel my subscription temporarily due to budget concerns. Usually companies make this a nightmare, but Lubracil's customer service was incredibly understanding and made it happen in 2 minutes. I'm back on it now because the product genuinely works for my vaginal atrophy. Natural lubrication has returned!

Works from the inside out - so much better
I love that this works systemically, not just topically. My vaginal dryness has improved dramatically after 3 months. Intimacy is comfortable again. As a bonus, my skin and eyes feel more hydrated too! The softgels are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach. Great product at a fair price.

The company is clearly in business to take advantage of women when they are vulnerable due to menopause. The Money Back Guarantee is 3 pages of reasons they won't take product back, they subscribe you to things you never agreed to, the products are snake oil and the custer service is either nonexistant or very very rude

Avoid this company
Like other people here i was signed up for a recurring subscription without my knowledge. When I bought a one time product or so I thought the company sneakily checks the box for recurring subscription and I didn’t see that it was checked. I then got charged $84 for two products I didn’t order. The first product didn’t work for me and it hadn’t even been used completely before the company auto renewed my subscription. When I called to cancel it the support person said the company would not authorize a refund and it took me insisting I wanted to cancel that he cancelled the recurring subscription. This company is terrible. Do not purchase from them.

The company responded to my review and support requests and refunded my money! Hopefully the subscription is cancelled! I appreciate that they finally responded and reimbursed us. I hope they look into how so many people were unintentionally signed up to the subscription.
I have the same issue as Deborah. I was signed up for a subscription without my knowledge. I thought I was making a one time purchase of the serum. Wanted to try first before making any kind of commitment. I made an account and did not see anything about subscriptions. With that said I was surprised to get an email saying my order was on the way. I contacted support and explained my situation. The support person said that cancelled future shipments but I don’t trust them. Support is ran by an independent company and was not authorized to offer a refund. When the packaged arrived I refused it and sent an email to support. I have not heard back.

No more painful sex - life changing!
I was skeptical about taking a supplement for vaginal dryness, but my doctor recommended trying sea buckthorn oil. These softgels are so easy to take - just 2 per day. If I could give it zero stars I would
If I could give it zero stars I would. The product did not do a thing for me. I returned the product per their instructions which included paying for the shipping myself and providing a tracking number. They received the product and it’s been three months now and all I get is that they are expediting my refund. Every time I contact them, I get the same answer. I don’t think I’ll ever see my refund. This company is bogus.
After this review they have replied that they would like to make it right, and that I should contact their customer support. Actually, I HAVE contacted them 12 times since 11-11-26 when I started the refund process. It's been futile. I got yet another reply today saying they will work at getting me my refund as quickly as possible. I'm still waiting after 3 months. I don't think they intend to give it to me. Pathetic!
Update: After 3 months of begging and leaving negative reviews, I FINALLY got my refund. I hope the product works for others. I would just give a word of caution that their customer service is the most frustrating group I've ever dealt with. I hope they can improve, but buyer beware.

The website is aggressively not letting the consumer "undo" the checked box for signing up for their subscription.
Support emails with them are a joke.
Automatically took my money 15 days from the purchase date.
I did not receive the product for a week. They did not alert me to the Automatic payment. Lubacil just quietly takes the money. When that happened I could only email or chat which makes this even more frustrating. They tell you no, because you checked the box but really you can NOT un check it. Also, the website is aggressive that you should upgrade because you don't want not be able to get the product. ANOTHER SCAM! Very sad that they rip off people that just want to be healthy..
Thats the scam and the poor customer service. Zero starts. Good luck if you purchase from them. Negative..no support.
