This order was perfect! I loved the jacket that I received, I think the quality was great , the price was so reasonable, and the customer service was excellent.

I ordered a coat for my granddaughter. She was in love with the one from “Russian Doll” that the mother wore. I googled many companies before choosing this one. I was a bit skeptical about ordering but my granddaughter really love the coat and I could not find one similar. I took a chance and when I received it I was beyond amazed. It was beautiful. The coat was amazing. It was the best Christmas gift I could have given her. If you need a replica made I highly recommend this company. The workmanship is amazing.

Service was quick to reach back out if there were questions . Product came as described and tailored the dimensions and way it was supposed to be . Draw strings were long but they offered to reimburse me what a tailor would charge to get it shorter. Great experience overall

I ordered a trench coat in a butter yellow color and was impressed with the quality and service I received. While I initially ordered a size I believed to have been comparable to U.S sizes and sent my measurements, it was too big for me. The customer service dept. was great to work with. They responded to emails in a timely fashion and were accommodating. I was able to order a much smaller size and it worked out perfectly. The shipping took a bit longer than expected but arrived nicely sealed. Highly recommended!!!

I bought the david jacket from cyberpunk and Holy crap they went insane! It's heavy duty for cold and very well put together the embroidery is IN THERE it won't come out and the sellers are very nice, the jacket came in really quick as well! Fire studio i would recommend buying your stuff from here.

What a great experience ! For the Olympics last year, I wanted a special jacket to celebrate the USA, but I had two issues facing me: 1) I live in France so there’s a serious lack of USA-logo’d clothing around here, and 2) anything I could find was overpriced and low quality. Then I found Lucacci Leather , and honestly, the quality of this jacket was incredible!! Add to that, impeccable service and prompt delivery. It really is one of my brighter purchases that will last for ages. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are clear and I have no doubt this jacket will be around for many Olympic Games to come.

The whole experience with Lucaccia Leather was terrific! I was updated on my order and the jacket was as described. For my height my arms are a little short so I always have to have the length of my arms altered. When I took the jacket on and when I dropped it off I had two separate alterers tell me what a great jacket it was and how well made it was. I love it!

I live in the UK and ordered a Jacket from Lucacci Leather for the first time last month, and their customer service, (sending me size charts, making sure everything was ok) throughout, up to and after the point of delivery was superb. I'm generally a skeptic when it comes to quality and levels of service of smaller online retailers but I'm very pleased to say that Lucacci Leather is a gold star exception. My jacket was exactly as pictured (down to the smallest details) and the material is super high quality. Absolutely worth every penny. Know these are custom made so there may be a month or two from order to delivery but you'll be getting a quality item as your final product which just takes time. The service team reached out to me after ordering to go over sizing details and ultimately talked me into going for a smaller size which ended up 100% being the right call (I generally size up when buying online but they were very true to the size that you'd expect from a brick and mortar clothing retailor.) You have a portal to check order status and I was able to reach out via e-mail for ETAs with a service team member always getting back to me same day.

Bottom line this is a legit place to get quality gear and I 100% will be shopping here again!

What an amazing experience. The shirt size was off because i didn't have the correct measurements. The guide they give to measure your body is accurate. They fixed it and made sure i had the right size. Their email response to all of my questions was within hours - if not minutes. Super professional, timely, and supportive.
