Highly recommend

I approached hypno with a healthy level of scepticism, but despite preconceptions I’ve changed some very disruptive habits with Luca’s help. On an interpersonal level, I felt entirely comfortable and safe working with Luca, who made me feel heard and my feelings valid, with no judgment. Highly recommended for both effectiveness and professionalism. You’ve got the commit the time and do the work, but that was certainly worth it for me.
