Bad quality! I bought a 18k ring with zirkonia stones and after half year (ofcourse after warranty) the zirkonia stones are felling one for one from the ring, 3 already fell within one year of using... See more

Fast delivery and every thing was there…

Fast delivery and every thing was there so no complaint but the quality is very bad. The ring i bought gives off on my skin and is already turning kopper. Not worth so much money.

Bad quality!

Bad quality!
I bought a 18k ring with zirkonia stones and after half year (ofcourse after warranty) the zirkonia stones are felling one for one from the ring, 3 already fell within one year of using the ring! Very bad quality!! Lucardi doesn't seems to care because it's out of the warranty period. I can let it repair, paid. But I don't trust this, if they repair it with the same quality... Never again lucardi.

Very bad customer service huh i called…

Very bad customer service huh i called up so many times that too for more than 30 minutes and no one picks up the phone plus they don’t reply my mail such a pathetic experience huh i won’t ever order again i just need my money back it’s only 80€ please i sent back my package which contain 14 karaat goud ring via Bpost and Dhl because it’s not a right size for my finger it’s too big so better pay back my money otherwise i will take the action ok mind it!!!
