I would like to say a huge thank you to Greg, for promptly sorting out my issue.
I sent an email in December, about an issue that I had with a product. He responded the same day, unfortunately, the response was in my spam folder, therefore I didn't see it. I wrote a review on Trust Pilot in January (which I have now deleted because he did respond) about my dissatisfaction with no response, and he quickly sent an another email, which then indicated that he did infact respond on the same day.
Subsequently, he immediately sent me a replacement.
I'm really pleased. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy.
Thank you again Greg, and I will definitely continue to purchase from Lucemill. Fantastic customer service.

company has taken a huge downturn lately poor concentrates dumping all the good flavours and just reselling others mostly fruit rubbish promise to get things back in stock (50-50 basemix but they never appear moved bk to other places unfortunately
