We offer customers the opportunity to win extremely limited and sold out sneakers. Customers can win incredibly expensive and classic silhouettes for a fraction of the retail and resale price. All customers have to to is select their size (if applicable) and how many tickets they would like to purchase. Entries must then be validated by answering a qualifying skill/knowledge based question. Winners are chosen live on our Instagram @luckedoutlaces. During the live stream a random ticket number is generated using Google’s random number generator. Winners are then contacted to confirm their identity and then sent their prize.

Really good prizes & easy site to use
Really good prizes, easy site to navigate. Being able to pay with Apple Pay is super convenient, a lot of the other raffle sites don’t allow it. Love being able to have a choice of what prize I want rather than it be selected for me!

Can’t speak highly enough about Lucked Out Laces! The competitions offer outstanding prizes with great odds. There are many raffle set ups out there but none comes close to them. The variety of prizes are vast with regular detailed posts leading up to the exiting draw itself. Customer care, engagement & attention is outstanding and genuine. It’s a real opportunity to get your hands on that grail pair or the ones that got away.

Mr English. We cannot thank you enough for your 5 star review. We truly value your positive words as well as any feedback you may have for us. Thank you so much for being part of the Lucked Out Laces family and i have everything crossed that you land yourself a win soon.
I think they need to be honest
I think they need to be honest. Sending a review to people who purchase a ticket for the draw but didn't have the chance to win. Come on what is the review for? I haven’t received any item. So what is this review for? Come on guys be honest.

Hi Idmil. We can see that you have indeed had the chance to win as you have purchased ticket(s) with us in the past. Unfortunately you did not win but not everyone can. Our terms and conditions that you accepted when entering explain how you will not be sent a pair of sneakers for the price of your ticket. We would not be in business for long i that was the case. Therefore i am confused as to what item you were expecting to receive when you did not win one of our competitions?
The review request that yourself and other customers are sent after they complete a purchase with us is based on the overall experience while using our platform, not if you have won or not. If you would kindly take the time to read some of the other reviews below you will see there are many people who haven’t won but still leave a review based on their experience with Lucked Out Laces.
In regards to your comments about being honest, once again I’m unsure what aspect of the ticket purchasing process you find dishonest? That being said we would be more than happy to discuss this with you via email or any of out other social media instant messaging platforms.
Kind regards

Hi Joseph. As we said in our email correspondence, you have never won a competition with us and therefore cannot be sent shoes. You seem to be confused about how our website works. When you purchase a ticket for £1.99 you are entered into a draw and will only be sent shoes if you win.
As you can imagine if we sent shoes to customers for £1.99 we wouldn’t be a business for very long. Our website is very clear from the outset that it is a competition website and additionally explains everything in our T&C’s. The same T&C’s that you have to manually accepted to place an order.
Cool concept
