Absolutely criminal site refusing to pay winnings over £500 , locked me out of account on a bonus round and self excluded me . They claim I requested a self exclusion for a week . What a joke , stay well away . Investigation on going .

So basically I joined and deposited around 120 pound not at once but in the same day and basically won 20 pound with the last 10 pound so I withdrew the 20 pound and was asked for a bank account statement as I'd. . They never asked why I was depositing no but asked when I withdrew. My belief is they should ask first before depositing not the other way around.. its definitely a scam site today 13th December 2022 I was on live chat to them and was telling them this and they just logged me out and have closed my account . That not a way to run a buisness . Just look at the other comments to.know they are scamming people. I have had to close my bank account for security reasons And you still owe me 20 pound. If I dont get it I will claim all that I deposited back though my bank as a scam

7months since last used it, Loads of issues. Keeps logging me off every 15 mins, Live stream taking up the whole page and can't remove it, Overound on bets is around 180% terrible,everytime click a bet, it don't accept as price change, Don't put Greyhounds in Trap order,infact they have named dogs with wrong trap numbers. Won't use it again untill they fix all these things

do not bet with these crooks placed a £200 bet on the 16.05 race today got the win luck land removed my bet and deliberatley placed it on a loosing horse saying that my bet had lost, jokers im a seasoned pro gambler i know what i bet on and these thieves deliberatly stole my bet in order not to pay me out they have refused to give me a complaints ref number im going to sue these crooks please please dont give this thieving company the time of day they will rob you and steal your money

Luckland.com daylight robbery, I put in over a 1000 on 5pound a spin on sugar rush to finally hit a bonus and I get a whopping 6 pound back!!!! The games play so much different to say the likes of play ojo or 10bet. And these people come out with all this legal jargon to try and prove that they are not rigged. Yeah ok this site is definitely rigged. I wouldn't play on here guys. I have gave them a few chances now and I don't Play small bets, I always deposit over a 1000 pound and play 5 or 10 pound spins and on here I have never got any of my money back. If I could put no stars I would!!! One of the worst gambling sites I’ve ever used. I’ve had such a bad experience with this company! Cashing out is the slowest there is and so many issues that no one could help me with! Hate how they take money for depositing and money off to cash out! Stay well clear from this site!!!!!

Worst out there! Mainly used the sports betting, no guaranteed odds on horse racing, also placed a bet where the placings where reversed after a stewards enquiry, still never paid me my winnings or even replied to my complaints or emails. Avoid at all costs.

Its currently 21 days** (and counting) and I'm still waiting for my 2 winning Crazy Time bets to be settled...
I have had it confirmed by numerous customer support staff that the bets are legitimate winning ones but a technical issue is preventing them being settled.
I have contacted Live Chat on 9 different occasions, speaking to 8 different customer service staff throughout this period - all of which have been absolutely no help - at times they've been very rude by constantly closing down chats or by just sending robotic copy and paste responses that are identical word for word.
Viktoriia, Christian, Rebecca, Henrique, Felix, Olivia, Halyna (twice) and Xandre... not one person has taken any kind of ownership or shown any willingness to resolve this matter. Instead I'm told what can only be described as, lies, that it's "been sent onto the relevant department and it should be resolved in 15 to 20 days but in most cases its sooner"... we are now on day 21 and it's still not sorted.
Christian first advised me I would receive an email from the "relevant department" after 48 hours, this never happened, only for Rebecca to later advise that I was misinformed and this wasnt correct information.
Xandre said on day 17, that he assures me it'll be resolved by day 20 as thats why they have these process timescales - another lie.
It really has been a truely embarrassing debacle showing Luckland in an awful light.
The motto on their live chat is 'C.A.R.E - customers are really everything', from my experience this couldnt be further from the truth.
If it was true, I'd hate to see how they treated customers if they didnt feel this way - for sure, many customer service agents need re-training so they can understand the true meaning of this quote.
My experience as a customer of Luckland has been utterly dreadful, and I've received customer service that belongs in the gutter.
My honest advice to others would be to avoid at all costs - infact, only play if you're happy and prepared to wait over 3 weeks for your bets to be settled... I'm currently on day 21 and still unresolved.
Sadly, the gambling ombudsman beckons...
