Ordered a dog toy in early December and still waiting in February for delivery. Tried contacting company and they just keep repeating that it was delivered. I have spoken to the post office and tried contacting the delivery company but they don't seem.to know what I'm talking about. They are now refusing to respond to my correspondence and are refusing to give me a refund. Avoid these liars and thieves at all costs.

I ordered the “UNBREAKABEAR” dog toy for Christmas and it didn’t arrive until 25th January. I gave it to my daughter’s small dog the next day and within 30 minutes the dog had burst it open and the dangerous stuffing started to come out! Totally useless! Now waiting for a refund but doubt I’ll ever see it….

My husband orders item early December. Nothing arrived he chased this up and then said it had been delivered- it hasn’t been hen he spoke to the post service they confirmed the tracking number he has been given was nothing to do with him. He has gone back to the company multiple times and they keep going on about checking the tracking - the tracking is nothing to do with him or his address so either they don’t read emails, are stupid or are thieves taking money and not sending goods. We have given chance after chance so will now be pursuing this through our bank. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIs COMPANY

Ordered on 6th December from American site. Tracking information stopped on 6th Janusry when it apparently arrived here in Ireland. Delivered today 30th January and was from China. My dog has it 10 minutes and already in pieces. Poorly made anx very bad stitching. Would definitely not recommend this as an indestructible toy, waste of money

It took 5 weeks to arrive and was given to our dog. It was only 30 mins before it was ripped at the neck the foot and under the arm. Stuffing hanging out. I contacted the customer services and was offered £3 GBP
NOT EVEN A 5TH of what we paid for this bear. An absolute insult. Don't get burnt like we did....massive lesson learnt...AVOID!!!!!!!!

New Unbreaka-BearTM For Heavy Chewers i ordered two of these for my then 10 month old cavaliers , they were supposed to arrive within 10 days instead it was 3 weeks later, missed the christmas. i gave them to my dogs with great excitment, 5 minuates later one bear was minus both ears and the other bear the seam what gone under the arm and the stuffing was coming out. so much for unbreaka bear for heavy chewers.

Ordered 2 of their so called indestructible dog toys had to wait weeks for them to arrive then when they did the dogs destroyed them within minutes. Total waste of time and money.

Waiting forever for delivery.
Gave my cocker Spaniel it and 3 minutes later I had stuffing all over my floor which I might add is a choking hazard!!
Totally disappointed

I have emailed them for a refund with no response so far.

I ordered 2 x unbreakabears on 5th December 2024 my items finally arrived 20th January 2025. Items are descibed as: 'New Unbreaka-BearTM For Heavy Chewers🐾'. I have two dogs that are heavy chewers so thought these would be ideal however after literally 2 minutes one dog had managed to rip the toy so i removed it. The second dog managed to completetly rip the toy apart and had the squeaker in his mouth. The reply from Luckpig was 'Dogs have sharp teeth. This product is a doll made of cloth, so it is normal for it to be torn.' Sorry I thought it was for heavy chewers & "UNBREAKA BEAR!!!" They offered me £5 refund, what an insult....AVOID AVOID AVOID

Rubbish from China, takes months to arrive and last 5 minutes.

Product left in a ‘safe place’ which they cannot evidence. No one on the ring doorbell. Completely scammed / no toy and no money and customer services have advised me to contact Royal Mail with a tracking number they don’t recognise to claim compensation. Shambles.

Should be zero star . Ordered and paid on 18th December. No delivery loads of updates on tracking app saying order in US then UK until one month later when an update email says order delivered. There has been no delivery! I believe this to be a scam! Don’t order from them !

Absolutely disgusting service my unbreakabear still haven't arrived they said post office return!!!!want me to pay postage again waste of money i ordered 3rd December 2024 I don't think I will get a refund scammed please shut them down

If I had the choice of no stars I would have done it.
I ordered 2 calendars 07.12.2024 and they still haven’t come. Apparently in transit. Now all of a sudden one is out of stock. Work that one out if it is on its way. I have asked for refunds but say it’s on its way.
Ridiculous.

Ordered an unbreakable bear on the 8th of Dec, chased the shipment twice and it finally arrive on the 22nd of January!
Within 30 minutes the bear was destroyed by my Cocker Spaniel. She sicked up a bundle of black binding material a couple of days later.
Don't waste your money.
Update on requesting a refund - post back to China at your own expense and the parcel must be tracked and screenshot sent to company, send photo of package with the warehouse address and the most ridiculous stipulation is to return the item in a usable condition! Of but they did offer £3 compensation.

Bought 2 indestructible dog toys, lasted less than an hour. Took over 6 weeks to arrive and will only refund if you return them with the postage costing more than the purchase price. Best scam ever. Avoid at all costs.
