Shoes not delivered after 19 working days with no order status updates sent
I ordered shoes on 31 December 2023 that have still not arrived. Initially Lucky Feet Factory customer services responded to my email and apologised for this and said they would establish where my shoes were and get them sent to me. Now they are just not responding anymore and I still haven't received my shoes and the order on my account says fulfilled.
