This site used to be decent

This site used to be decent, but lately their customer service has been beyond disappointing. I have been waiting to chat with someone other than a.i for four hours and they just leave it on read. An automated response keeps telling me they have higher than normal chats, but four hours. I can’t even get to a new chat because it keeps bringing up the one I have been on hold for ever for. Tonybet and jackpot city chat with you, and both sites now pay you within a few hours. I’m just going to stick with them. I can’t even get to a new chat to close my account. I have been with them for a year and this has been the worse yet.
