Terrible service, welcome bonuses not explained properly and customer service are no help whatsoever. I was told I had already deposited too much as I tried twice to engage the bonus. To not even be offered some free spins or something to rectify this, no help at all. Really disappointed and looking at their other reviews absolutely reinforces how I feel about this farce of a site. My advice steer clear, spend your money elsewhere.

It´s impossible to withdraw from the site, I had tried during more than a month and they keep canceling my request for different reasons, they are not even reading my comments since I follow every instruction given
I try to withdraw on my card but Nothing, i wait more 3 days to withdraw with another way but nothing, dont use this.
Casino have the same issues with the game ”blackjack 3 hands”, as another casino had.
While betting on it, it gave me a error/issue with message and took money from the balance. The other casino who had the same issue, fixed the problem without telling them and i got my amount of 30 euros back.
This casino (Lucky Bandit) didnt even bother to help me and said ”it is too late”.
Made a withdrawal to same card i deposited to. Ofcourse i cant, because of ”technical” issues.
Had to use Mifinity instead.
Still waiting for my money as we speak.
We will see if i get my money or not.

But untill then, i would not deposit on this site due all the errors and issues.
