They are SCAMMERS. Stole my money for no reason

Luckyblock part report this review as difamatory content which is absolutely not difamatory, but the truth. I will write again removing some words so i can proceed and everyone can see how this casino works and steal money from customers without them being able to do anything

I was trying to withdraw, and i they asked me verification. I sent my ID, ok, i made the video selfie verification, ok, then i sent a electricity invoice and suddenly they sent me email saying they close my account and confiscate my funds. This is crazy!!!!
They give me no reason, they say nothing just that.
I broke no rule, this is the first time it happens to me. Really is insane.

Unfair Account Blocking and Withheld Withdrawal on LuckBlock

I am writing to formally complain about how my account was handled by LuckBlock. After initiating my first-ever withdrawal of over $600, I was initially told that the transaction was being processed. Later, I received a message saying the withdrawal had been rejected and I should contact live support.

When I tried to log in to resolve the issue, I discovered that my account had been blocked without warning. I reached out to their live support multiple times, and the only response I received was that I had “violated the terms and conditions.” I asked repeatedly for clarification on what exactly I did wrong, but they have refused to provide any specific details.

I find this behavior highly suspicious and unfair, especially since this was my first withdrawal attempt. It appears they have seized my funds and are using vague policies as an excuse to avoid paying out legitimate winnings.

I demand a proper explanation and immediate resolution. Failing that, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue through public channels and consumer protection agencies.

They replied to this message here saying I should reach out to them on the complain mail , and yet didn’t reply when I reached out to their complain mail (complainluckyblock)
They replied to my mail saying ..(This action was taken due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, specifically the usage of false documents. The usage of false or third-party identity documents is strictly prohibited on our platform and is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds, as outlined in our rules) I never used any third party or false documents , for my kYC I submitted my passport which was accepted and then they scanned my face which was also accepted , I specifically asked the live support how will I submit my POA (proof of address) they reply they gave was that there is no need for POA when needed they will tell me , so I’m still confused with the reason why my withdrawal was held and my account blocked. 60 Days Passed, Still No Proper Resolution or Transparency

I deposited XRP to LuckyBlock on February 2nd, 2025. After that, the funds were held without any meaningful updates or progress for over 60 days. Throughout that time, I contacted support multiple times, only to receive the same canned response: “Please wait up to 60 days.” No transparency, no effort to explain what was going on.

Now a couple of days ago I’ve finally been told that the refund had been processed already, over 16 days ago… Which means they had already handled it 16 days ago and chose not to inform me, even though I kept reaching out. If I hadn’t followed up again, I never would’ve known.

To make matters worse, the refund was sent to Coinbase’s general XRP wallet, not my personal wallet address. This creates a whole new recovery process I now have to go through—one that could’ve easily been avoided had the refund been sent correctly in the first place.

This wasn’t my only issue with the platform. I also had €1000 in bonus winnings voided, despite completing the full wagering requirements. The reason? Four small bets exceeded a €5 stake limit—something that wasn’t enforced or made clearly visible at the time. Instead of voiding just those specific bets, they waited until I had met all the requirements, and then removed everything.

When I tried escalating the issue, my account was blocked, and I had to message support repeatedly just to regain access and withdraw what little was left.

To top it off, I was contacted via their official Discord by someone claiming to be their “Tech Lead” who tried to get me to input my seed phrase—an extremely serious security concern that still hasn’t been properly addressed.

** EDIT – Regarding Their Public Response **

LuckyBlock’s reply under this review encourages users to contact their complaints department. For the record: I already did so on February 27th, 2025, and as of today (April 15th), I still haven’t received any response. The comment they’ve left here appears more like damage control than a genuine attempt to resolve anything behind the scenes.

I recently had the chance to play…

I recently had the chance to play Starburst and Book of Oz, and I have to say, both games were incredibly enjoyable. The graphics were vibrant, the gameplay was smooth, and the overall experience was engaging from start to finish. Each spin kept me entertained, and I loved the unique themes and features that these games had to offer.
