I am reporting a suspicious transaction…

I am reporting a suspicious transaction involving a merchant identified as “High Coin Package US,” also associated with “Lucky Bunny.”

This merchant appears to be offering gambling-related digital services while processing payments through , which explicitly prohibits gambling transactions. Despite this, the transaction was approved and financed, raising concerns about misrepresentation and improper payment processing.

The service provided was digital in nature, with no clear refund or cancellation process. After realizing the nature of the transaction, I attempted to contact the merchant on April 28, 2026 to request a refund and cancellation. I received no response.

The lack of transparency, absence of customer support, and potential misclassification of services suggest this merchant may be operating in a deceptive or misleading manner.

I recommend caution when conducting business with this merchant.

DO NOT PLAY HERE!

DO NOT PLAY HERE!! If you play on these sites then you already know that they all pretty much have similar terms and conditions. Well Lucky Bunny has by far the most ridiculous. IF YOU WIN 3 TIMES WITHIN 30 DAYS that will get your account suspended.

But don't worry because that literally will never happen. Lucky Bunny is owned by OPTIVARA. Do your homework. This company basically created AI Machine Learning which in most businesses is a great tool for efficiency and profits. In an unregulated and unlicensed casino platform where the terms literally say they are allowed to change the game outcome and rtp at will and without notice is highly predatory behavior. It means if you're about to finally hit the bonus round, no you're not because AI is going to skip that spin. It's going to learn everything about you in order to use behavioral manipulation tactics for their profits and your guaranteed loss. The fact that this company which has already done exceedingly well for themselves has seen this legal loophole and decided to jump in and exploit it is just wild to me. You cant beat AI and your games will no longer be based on chance but instead on how often you play how much loss AI believes you can handle and obviously for their own maximum profits. It will be decided the moment you login based on their own profit goals whether you get to win anything or just donate all your money to their pockets. This is not anything that would be accepted if players knew or in a licensed fair environment. This site I'm sure will shut down once they catch on that everyone knows what they're doing and they'll rebrand and come back and change their business entity. Do your research on what AI machine learning is and adaptive RTP because I'm certain almost if not all these sweepstakes casinos are using these tools to change the outcome of your playing. Only this one is owned and operated by those who created AI Machine learning so like the best of the best. You seriously would have to be an absolute moron to deposit money here and think you actually have a chance to win. And if you see a bunch of great reviews, know those are bots they created cuz ain't no way anyone would really play if they knew this was going on behind the scenes. Even tho ones who swear their games are fair because they are run off the providers network, ain't telling you how that has nothing to do with what they're doing on top of that. Fair play no longer exists online. Real in person casinos have to be certified RNG, these sites just add their own software and code and you're none the wiser. Class actions for all of em in my opinion. After I researched this for the past several days I'm seriously dumbfounded at how stupid I've been to play on any of these sites and really trust that all those losses were bad luck. No way. Ain't no way. The only reason a platform purposely chooses to be a sweepstakes casino is to avoid having oversite on how they run their games and why would any one want to do that if in fact they were actually fair? Yea exactly. Just put your money back in your pocket or flush it down the toilet. Both wayyyyy better options then playing on a site specifically designed to predict and ensure maximum profits at your expense.

I use to play daily. I'll never play again after the things I've learned these past few days.
