Bought a synapse

Bought a synapse, full bandos, Masori Top & Bottom (F), 1k brews and restores and 11k dragon arrows and received everything fairly quickly. Great service. I was nervous at first but I'm more than confident to purchase things from the site now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

Sold me a Jagex account with an ironman attached, then a month later the JAGEX account gets disabled completely out the blue. If it was anything to do with the character then the character would have been banned but instead its the jagex account that came attached to the character. Tried talking to Graff about this but he claims it is my own fault. but once again, if i was botting or rwt or whatever it could be then the CHARACTER would have been banned not have the jagex account disabled. No refunds or compensation offered. Awful business practice and WOULD NOT recommend anyone use this company.

Dear Customer,

We have given you a perfectly working account that was accessible since February and you played it perfectly fine for over a month. Then the account got banned after playing it of a month (disabled). We have helped you give recovery information and everything necessary but what happends after the account passes ownership is unfortunately not our responsibility as our Terms of Service states on our website. There is unfortunately therefore not that much we can do here.

Great service

Graff is amazing. Super friendly and efficient! I got much more than expected for the gold I got rid of to them and the payment came through via UK Bank Transfer quickly also

Scammers waited for 14 hours for a…

Scammers waited for 14 hours for a payment they advertised as 30mins. They don’t contact you if an issue they just leave it waiting for you to response.

Won’t refund anything if there is issue
Don’t use them all reviews are fake they are scammers.

Response to your message is all complete lies. You told me you can’t do revlout payment and can do ukbt payment instead I send my information then you started asking for my date of birth what you don’t need to send money you asked for my bank information for no reason. I then asked for refund you said no then I said PayPal you said PayPal will take over 2 hours even tho I’ve waited over 14 hours.

You guys have the worst service I have ever used.

Hey,

The problem was that you wanted to be paid via Revolut and our management team had problems sending to Revolut. Whne you came back you asked for the payment to be sent via PayPal so we sent the payment request via PayPal. Then you wanted to be refunded to immediately, while we just sent the payment request. We explained you that this is not possible. I guess this was just an unfortunate situation, but normally we sent payments within 30 minutes.

Your payment has already been sent to your PayPal account just now.
