Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We work VERY hard to give our players a 5 star experience. Unfortunately you don't feel you've gotten this... yet. We've taken note of your comments & will definitely be working on them. We're determined to give a 5 star experience to everyone! I've also messaged the loyalty team about your case.
Do note that whilst our return-to-player (RTP) is perhaps the highest in the industry, all our games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). This means every spin is completely independent & random so we don't tamper or control or influence outcomes. This is part of being a multi-licensed casino.
We thank you for choosing us & hope we can continue to welcome you!

Dear Sherry,
We're sorry to hear about this. Ensure you're speaking with our customer service team so they make sure there are no obstacles. Sometimes the withdrawal method itself has limitations & players mistakenly attribute those to us. Also sometimes there are reasons why the method isn't behaving as players think & they wouldn't realise. Our customer service team will ensure you get the smooth, easy & instant pay out experience we say we have!
Thanks for choosing us & we look forward to welcoming you once again!
Sincerely,

I made a small deposit of only $10 and I got lucky hitting the bonus game on a small bet. I was able to cash out and withdraw my winnings right away. Although it took about two hours to receive my funds into my bank account via e-transfer, I did receive my full withdrawal. #Respect!

Hi Marlena,
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you've been happy with our fast withdrawals. However, we're sorry to hear you're disappointed with the offers you've been receiving. Our promotions & loyalty rewards are reviewed regularly, and eligibility can change over time based on a variety of factors. While we aren't able to discuss account-specific details publicly, we can assure you that our team reviews these fairly & consistently.
We also run a wide range of ongoing promotions that are available to many players, so it's always worth keeping an eye on the Promotions page & your inbox for the latest offers.
If you'd like us to take another look at your account or discuss your current eligibility in more detail, please don't hesitate to contact our Support or Loyalty team—we'll be happy to help.
Sincerely

We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. It's great to hear that you enjoy playing our games (we have a massive selection of games which we're constantly expanding). You do not need to spend money to get games. The full selection is available to you from the beginning. If you're referring to winning then we've got perhaps the highest return-to-player in the industry.
Either way we've got your back and worked hard to give you the best (among other things we work hard on like Customer service & pay out speed/selection).
We thank you for choosing us & look forward to welcoming you back as we always do!
Sincerely
