For the past 2 hrs I've been waiting for support team they're not responding to me I've been waiting for withdrawal since Wednesday midnight until today it's still pending on my account ..this is really annoying because they claiming that withdrawal is instant and i find it really not fair maybe they're waiting for me to reverse the money so they can take it all...this is annoying..

I only experienced 2 issues :
My bonuses took awhile to appear & I had to contact customer service via text & it was rectified.
I opted in on a promotion to make a deposit for 70 freespins. I waited for awhile, eventually I sent customer service a text to request my freespins, they took awhile(after stating an agent will be intouch in 7min time) to respond so I played what I deposited.Evenually when customer service came back to me, they informed me I can't get the freespins anymore, because I used the deposit to play games.

They are claiming on there page that the withdrawal is instant yet when you talk to customer support they tell you within 2 business days because the finance department does it manually

I made a $30 deposit played there bonus game then a few others that were. 10 and .20 bets and won a bonus of $1200. I then played a bunch of games and won more. I withdrew $400 once bonus was over. And still had money to bet with. I find if dont win anything within 10 bets then go to a different game. I also found different times of te day you win more. You can also loose it all.
