Never delivered.
I ordered a game via Amazon, the item was never delivered since 29th November 2025.
Amazon says the item is undeliverable, and they do not refund the item. What a waste of money and time.

Preordered a set of extra items for Flamecraft, they took my money and never sent the items, despite it being months after the original ship date. As far as I can tell, they don't even have a support to contact on their website. Scam company.
Edit:
After my post, the company contacted me for more information and I have now received my products. The fact remains, however, that after I preordered the items, they were delayed several times (which is fine, stuff happens) without any kind of email or anything notifying me. I only found out about the delays by looking at the product page (not even my order information in my account conveyed anything) and after a while I couldn't even find the page on the site anymore, so I couldn't even use that to see if there were further delays. The way you get help is evidently emailing the "info at luckyduckgames dot com" address found at the bottom of the page, but maybe it's just me but that did not at all seem like a customer support email. Products seem good though, as was Flamecraft, so no issues there.

I'm into board games and really enjoy their Flamecraft and Kiri Ai ones. I had an issue with one of them and the company were quick to help. It wasn't something that would make the game unplayable but it was a missing player piece nonetheless despite buying it new. They sent a replacement piece via post hassle free so now my game is as it should be. The whole process was quite simple and they were happy to help. Understandably, the mailing service took a little while because they are in Poland and I'm in the UK.
